This will go a long way to keep the lazy youths in that area engaged in sporting activities instead of crime.
But a hungry man cannot do sports on empty stomach.
Somebody is shouting ebi npa wa, you are building stadium for him.
What wickedness !

A few weeks ago on social media, X platform to be precise, there was the circulation of anti-Yorùbá job adverts by Igbo immigrants.

To those who believe this is a new phenomenon in Yorùbáland must be hypocritical and part of the group of people who continue to be ignorant in their actions. Since the suspension of the regional system of governance by the Igbo military thugs, Yorùbá have lost their economy/wealth, political will, and common Yorùbá vision. No thanks to the 1966 coup by the Igbo who have never hidden their agenda to not only destroy Yorùbá and its civilization but also to appropriate all that belongs to us as a nation.

Years ago, YYF strongly advocated for YORÙBÁ JOBS FOR YORÙBÁ PEOPLE (Thinking Yorùbá First and foremost). However, many criticized this with no deep reasoning for such declaration and public enlightenment. Up until this moment, the Igbo nation has been the biggest beneficiary of the Unitary system of government and will forever reject a return to regional governance alongside total devolution of power. The agitation for Biafra is a complete distraction and propaganda by Igbo political actors and their propagandists in and outside Nigeria, deceiving the Yorùbá public with rhetoric that they are the economic backbone of Nigeria.

Over the past years, we have conducted numerous political lectures that explain and expose all Igbo propaganda and the reasons why artificial poverty and insecurity are ravaging our daily lives. Later today, we shall revisit one of President Adeyinka Grandson's lectures where he discussed Yorùbáland being the "economic backbone of Nigeria."

Only a return to the regional system of governance will bring the government closer to the people with greater responsibilities and accountabilities, ultimately eradicating EBI NPA WA caused by the Yahoo Yahoo Unitary system in a multicultural country like Nigeria.

Igbogbo stadium has been in existence for decades. I remember it's close to a post office we use back in the days grin

What Sanwo-Olu is doing now is the pitch which is great.

The holding capacity is low and can't compete with Godwill Apkabio's stadium

Is this also one of useless tinubu achievement in Lagos?

You can't even compare this nonsense with Samuel ogbemudia student in Benin City let alone comparing it with God's will Akpabio stadium.

This would've been an opportunity for the governor to build world-class stadium and start attracting major games to the state. This country no fit serious. Imagine the nonsense Lagos State is building in 2024.

It's quite unfortunate that only Akwa Ibom State has a stadium that meets FIFA standard for hosting international games.
