The style of matches they, AJ styles, Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels and the rest of the X Division were having in the mid 2000s put TNA on the map as an alternative to WWE at the time.

WWE wasn't looking to sign indy wrestlers at the time. You either had made your name from rival companies they bought in ECW and WCW (Rey Mysterio, Rob Van Damme) or were green development talent they could mould (John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Brock Lesnar).

The success WWE later found in signing independent wrestlers such as CM Punk and Daniel Bryan opened the doors for similar wrestlers. We'd probably never see a Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in the wwe without em.

Is Roman still manipulating Jey?
He said Jimmy's attempt to convince jey wasn't working and would acknowledge Solo.
Roman didn't do that and suffered a beat down yet again this week.
Is Roman purposely throwing himself to the wolves to lure Jey back?

I actually like MCMG. I remember them having an absolute banger of a match with Team 3D (The Dudley Boys) back in the early 2010s. Sabin got injured shortly after, and Alex Shelley had a run as the X-Division champion.

Good times.

But yeah, Johnny Garganacl and Candice LeRae can go kick rocks.
