You are totally wrong on this one 100%.
This is not even about the Julius berger matter.
I posted a news that says Wike the FCT minister gives land owners and property developers 3 months to develop their lands / uncompleted building or lose it to government.
Please tell me, what law is he relying on giving such ultimatum. Is there any law that stipulates the number of days/weeks/months/years one must develop/complete his land/property in FCT or Nigeria as a whole. If there's such law, please share with me let me learn.
you may be right https://www.templars-law.com/app/uploads/2024/02/Land-Ownership-Rights-and-Governors-Revocation-Power.pdfhttps://lawsofnigeria.placng.org/view2.php?sn=228https://mlwr.akwagis.ak.gov.ng/assets/images/Land%20Use%20Act.pdf however

Yes, I didn't get any support from home while I was serving because I stayed for months at home before NYSC and by that time I was already fending for myself as omo boy on the streets. I served in the core north, I didn't travel to the South all through my service year (so I saved money off unnecessary travel expenses) and I don't eat much. I also don't feed other corpers off my allawee . I was financially displined although I dey drink black bullet steady once in a while when allawee drop. I served in a village tho and there wasn't any luxury I could spend money on. But the crux of the matter is : food was relatively cheap. Funny enough, the school I served had boarding facilities and we as teachers had privilege to request for food from dining hall , but I am not really into Hausa food so I didn't explore that route. Other corpers who did probably saved more than I do. There was one mountain of fire Yoruba babe wey we dey get alignment wey dey always come inside my room to collect my sardines while she dey send her allawee to her mama to keep for her. The day I clear her ehn, she shock say shey na because of sardines I dey halla 2 Likes |

Meanwhile, Jarus posted this yesterday You see now, I didn't even know it was way cheaper sef. Back then people chose not to fly simply because they felt they were saving so much money using the road instead of flying. Some of my friends who flew down to Sokoto for camping, we felt like they were big boys not knowing the flight cost wasn't as much as we envisiaged. |
