Repackage the food and drop it at their door.

Like a commentor rightly said, pass the food to someone else who needs it. Receive the food, there are many hungry people on your street, gift them the food and attract heavenly blessings your way.

Wasting that food is evil. Their motive towards you might be pure after all.

If you are in Lagos, you can drop it at Ikate, Ibadan, Ojoo, Ilorin, post office for hungry people.

Tell them you're going to be fasting for one month. That your church is doing fasting. Or you can even say 3 months fasting. At least they'll rest and later might stop.

I once experienced this in Awka then, my neighbour then dey harass me with Abacha. They keep bringing it and cause i tend to return the plate few hours after being served, they thought i liked it but me no dey chop Abacha, na troway i dey troway am

Simply reject it when they bring it and tell them you are not hungry. It's not that hard.

Politely, reject the food at all costs and tell them you always had enough and almost everything, you never get to eat them all. In your explanation, tell them you think they shouldn't waste theirs too by bringing to add the one you already had in the kitchen. Polite about it

Simply tell them no, thank you.
And stop giving their kids gifts also, even if they ask you.

if this is how u see it am sorry, but the truth is that i hardly eat outside, i can take biscuit and mineral for one week without eating when am not at home.

this is beyond me now, i dont really know how to manage it.
