Sometimes these transit companies don't have separate buses for their logistics. If there is a Hazard like this, it's very hard to exit unless you are sitting beside the door, and in some cases, the driver has to come to help you to open the door. It's something I have experienced severally.

Please let's get our facts correctly before posting on the internet. For your information the passengers were not all burnt, only a few people were lost but the rest sustained some injuries and minor burns.
