This program will offer vocational, agricultural, and entrepreneurial skills training, along with activities in the public works sector, utilizing over 30 different skill sets.

The NDE's job creation initiative will also provide start-up capital, equipment, and tools upon completion of training, while participants will be connected to credit-granting institutions for loans to help them start small and medium-sized businesses.

**How to Apply:**

Interested individuals should visit the NDE website at https://nde.gov.ng to create an account and register online, using a valid email address, passport photo, and National Identity Number (NIN).

Successful applicants will be contacted by the NDE for placement in training centers. For more inquiries, candidates can reach out to the NDE office in their state of residence.

**Closing Date: December 31, 2024.**

Additionally, approval has been granted for the immediate payment of stipends and trainers’ allowances to NDE trainees and trainers for the period from 2021 to 2022, as well as from April to August 2024. All verified trainers and trainees from this timeframe will receive their payments promptly.

Is it NDE that would handle all the training? I remember in the past that they used to engage facilitators that had the necessary facilities for training. But the pay to the facilitators was too poor. I was thinking that is still obtainable and hopefully what they pay has improved.

Yes NDE will handle the training, after the training beneficiaries will be linked to credit institutions and will be giving funds and other training kits to expand their business.
