The Yorubas that we Nigerians know very well would have mounted multiple protests if 1/10th of the suffering going on today in Nigeria was under Peter Obi or Atiku or south south president.

This is not an opinion but based on facts. 2012 occupy Nigeria protests is a reminder of what they do when their own is not in power. Yet, many of them are wishing we can go back to the 2012 economy.

Yorubas, I like the way you have finally shown all Nigerians that you are collectively very capable of keeping silent in the face of horrible economy.

You better not go back to your old ways once a president from another tribe gets into power.

Bunch of tribalistic nitwits! I've never seen a group of people so afflicted by tribalism like the yorubas.

Why we didnt notice it under obasanjo was that he was a moderately performing president so there was no avenue for complaint from the rest of the south. In addition, he was our preferred candidate... so he wasn't criticised the way Tinubu is today.

The people are unashamedly, intensely tribalistic! My God!

They make that of the northerners look like child's play! angry

My brother the thing dey give me goose bumps. Their level of tribalism is beyond my understanding. Even to their own detriment.

We will review the score card after tinubu leaves to see how their lives changed for the better.

I also hate that they vote bad leaders yet looking for visa to japa.

Mumu!

We have been protesting since the 1950s, when are you too going to start your own protest? Aren’t you ashamed of yourselves?

We protested against Obasanjo / Yar’Adua’s government
We protested against Shagari / Ekwueme’s government
We protested against Buhari / Idiagbon’s government
We protested against IBB / Aikhomu’s government
We protested against Abacha / Diya’s government
We protested against Abdulsalami / Akhigbe’s government
We protested against Obasanjo / Atiku’s government
We protested against Yar’Adua / Goatluck’s government
We protested against Goatluck / Sambo’s government
We even protested against Buhari / Osinbajo’s government

When are you going to start your own protest?

Tinubu was strategically silent to everything buhari was doing because he wanted to trap northerners from complaining if/when he does the same.

And this protest suddenly disappeared the moment Tinubu came to power with the worst economic outcomes.

What pains me most is that since Yorubas believe they have the best leaders and region, still they shiver to their bone marrow whenever Igbos make attempt to leave Nigeria.

Since they are so sure of their capability as a people to turn all their region to Lagos and London, I expected them to lead in seeking for Nigeria's division.

They rather want Igbos to go back to their region while their criminal brothers in federal government positions steal Nigerian peoples resources to develop their region.

Yoruba people, if e sure una, support Sunday Igboho to help you people get your own amazing Yoruba country so that all these our tribal wars and supremacy fights will end cos you guys are just too wicked and annoying to live together with in one nation angry

It is no ones fault that election losers don't know how to protest.

All I see on this thread is tribal pain from hopeless tribalists.

Yorubas collectively DO NOT want a country of their own.

I have carefully observed them. They want a Nigeria where they can eat their cake and have it.

They want a United Nigeria where they can fully control their region and resources while also sharing national cake from other regions.

This is the ideal situation for the yorubas. If any yoruba tells you otherwise, they are not being honest with you.

They have become too relaxed and accustomed to waiting for Yorubas to lead the way so they can follow.

Yorubas have also learnt how to behave like the rest of Nigeria, minus the bastards in the midst, who are still being ridiculed too despite their foolish attempts to be nice and cordial to those who will always hate them.

Wrong narrative.

I still travel go Ado Ekiti and Iworoko recently go run some business. Like it or not there are now Yoruba secessionist and their number is growing every day.

It's a clear evidence of the state at which Apc the bastard godforsaken Apc zombie happy slaves worship has plundered the Country into.

Reality is Apc has been nothing but a curse on the average Hausa,Yoruba, Igbo man hustling legitimately. Only cursed headless mob of Apc zombie happy slave refute this obvious reality that echoes as loud as the sound of a bell.

My happiness is that you lived to see the day a Yoruba candidate with limited home base support defeated the Igbo candidate with over 90% tribal support in a Presidential election in Nigeria.

You are also living to see that we have learnt well from the Jonathan and Buhari regime.
