The guilty should not be allowed to judge themselves, he reeks of "narcissism", he is only apologizing for his own ego, everything he says and does is 100% about him.

1-Physical assault (Slapping)
2-Threat to life and bodily harm. (I will make you disappear)
3-False Misrepresentation and impersonation ( You are not a senator, you are a member house of representative.....)
4-Disregard for the law. (You can go ahead and call the IG of police)
5-Destruction of property. (Tore his cloth and damaged his phone)

The right thing to do is to remove this member by having him face the house disciplinary committee and then expelled. He has brought enough dishonor and disrepute to the house. There is nothing "honorable" about ikwegech. He is nothing but a thug using his office to abuse people. I also strongly believe he is on hard drugs.

Don't judge people by their look.
The man looks very quiet and innocent, but he can make someone disappear.
They need to find out how many people he has made to disappear in the past.
Gradually they will be confessing.

He had to dress the aboki way, because he know say master go show am who dey run things for Nigeria. Na dem get majority for there, so dem go forgive am, dem fit or fit no suspend am. Next thing you know, two idp camps with no development contribution in the middle of Aba. Before you know it, mosque everywhere. Dem dun catch am for sixi one, he go need play to them tune or else dem go comot am, cun lockdown him crumbs.
if possible dem go accuse am in addition to him crime.

Dem go use am extract resources, den go use am robot the people, then dem go build terrorist plantations, collect money from arabians to build mosque while they take money from the global west for idp charity.

If he mess up big time with proof, you resign and another great citizen will take over.

*one thing was unclear to me tho, why was he (victim) saying pay me my money. I didn't get that part.

The drug abuser does not know how to calm his brainwaves down when he is psychotic. If you wan talk drug, take am small small. You get high and have over exaggerated sense of your own importance, because of small change you make in politics.

Is that an apology?

Yeahhhh
Just like he boasted that nothing would happen and indeed nothing has happened to him besides apologizing. A Guy that should be arrested by Animal Protective Servicemen and caged appropriately. He is the nonentity of the year.
Nigeria is a Lawless, reckless and senseless society.
He should have no single business on that floor again.

I detect not an ounce of remorse in this non-apology.
Reminding us that he is human and of the need "move on", is akin to marking his own homework.

Ikwechegh, who is seemingly propelled by hubris, needs to face the consequences of his reprehensible conduct.
Nothing less will do.
