The judgement will be implemented immediately and no court will grant a stay of execution. The appeal court that Sim will run to already ruled on the unconstitutionality of the Rivers state budget. Instead of thinking of more illegal and unconstitutional ways around this, why not advise the governor to do the right and legal thing by taking the state’s budget to the authentic Rivers State house of Assembly as required by law and affirmed in the judgement of the court of appeal.

Why should the governor be doing the wrong thing because of politics? Why can’t he obey a simple court judgement?

This is a wrong judgement, there is a pending case in court relating to the 27 lawmakers, you can use this judgment to validate them as legit house members they should try that case, but the chief judge is stalling that case using all this cases to validate them, while the real case to test if they are truly house members is not coming up for hearing
