This data is exactly what dictates which states depend heavily on federal allocation to power their government.

What it means that, if FAAC suddenly dry up today, most states will go bankrupt and they won’t even be able to function.

For the oil producing states, they will actually earn more if FAAC dry up because they can control their resources.

I will overlook oil producing states, but those states that are non oil producing and still depend almost 70% on FAAC are in for a shock if anything happens to our current structure.

We have abundant resources should anything happen. When Anambra gets 100% instead of 13% oil and gas resources they get from federal government which we feed, there will be no need of taxing anybody in Anambra state.
