The lifestyle of yahoo boys is what drains them.
1. They spend lavishly.
2. Club and party weekly
3. Buy the most expensive cars, rent the most expensive flats.
4. Date high class ladies
5. Do expensive drugs. This is actually the worst. I know of a Gboy then in Yaba who hit 50M, rented a flat of 3M, bought a car of 20M. Guy went fully into drugs. Within 4 months he sold his car and went deeper into drugs. Didn't take 1 year before the whole 50M became nothing
The only yahoo boys that I know that are successful are those who do it coded and don't live that stupid lifestyle.

You're right

Apart from that, thr is no way, you are putting little efforts on something but the returns is coming in a skyrocketing ways, that, the person would not mismanage it.

That's exactly what is happening among politicians in Nigeria too, the money they get from politics, too enormous than their inputs.

That exact why Nigeria enter crises.

Those who are in helms of affairs, are spending resources extravagantly.

If I got 100 million naira,I'll hire 50 people who can cook variety of meals ranging from Fried rice,Jollof rice,Ofada rice, Coconut rice,Soups,Salads,Moi-Moi, Turkey, Chicken,Goat meat ETC

I'll open a upscale food canteen in at least 20 locations in Lagos state with a distinct brand( The brand could be the name, design or advert style)

I'll focus on quality instead of quantity.... Nigerians love to buy expensive stuffs as long as they know you don't compromise.

For example,I could sell a piece of grilled turkey for 12,000 naira and people will buy it or a piece of well prepared catfish peppersoup for 15,000 naira....A big catfish costs just 4k or 5k so imagine the gain.

I'll make sure they open from Monday to Sunday ( Very possible, you only need a large staff and you pay them good)

I could go on but let me say if you got 100 million or less, and you want to double it in a space of 6 months, you can never go wrong with selling food, transportation and importation.

Even beggars and poor people eat not to talk of comfortable and rich people,As long as you're neat, respectful and good, you're destined to make it.

As for importation, you can import trending goods at 2000 naira and sell at 5000 naira or more.

Imagine a profit of 3k on 1000 goods sold,That's 3 million naira gain on just one product.

If I have just 50 million naira, here's a list of profitable investments you could venture into.

1. TRANSPORTATION - This is one sector that can never be saturated.... Infact,go to any popular bus stop in Lagos by 7pm, you'll see hundreds of people waiting for bus.

2. CASINO - You see that game that looks like an ATM machine that people play nowadays at hotels and bars,it's so lucrative that a Chinese guy confided in me that some of their agents(The hotels,Lounges,Bar, Shop owners)make more than 5 million in a day....If you doubt me,ask any gambler around you.

3. BROTHELS - If you can build a 25 room brothel ,you'll never be poor.....Some brothels charge as much as 5k a day or 20k a week from their girls....20k a week multiplied by 25 is 500k a week....We haven't talked about drinks, chops, fines, casino and other stuffs that'll be ran in the brothel.

4. MINI IMPORTATION - This is a goldmine...Just find a trending product and buy from those Chinese websites and sell at a high price.

5. FOOD BUSINESS - I already touched on that....Every living thing needs to eat because food is essential.

Yahoo boys share their struggle with becoming broke after spending way too much on frivolities

In a series of viral posts on social media, several former "Yahoo Boys" – a term used in Nigeria to describe individuals involved in online fraud – have come forward to share cautionary tales of their experiences with sudden wealth from
cryptocurrency gains and other ventures, followed by financial ruin due to reckless spending and lack of proper financial planning.

The revelations, shared on social media by Sir David Onyemaizu, aim to offer lessons on the importance of money management and financial responsibility.

In one post, a man recounts earning $100,000 from Bitcoin trading between 2020 and 2021, only to face financial struggles shortly afterward.

Despite once having up to eight Bitcoins, the individual admits that he now has nothing to show for it. He reflects on the notion that "money not worked for" often leads to wasteful spending, emphasizing the importance of valuing
legitimately earned income. “Calculate the price of BTC from 2020 to 2023 October, then you will get the price. 8 BTC ooo,” he writes, reflecting regret over lost opportunities and poor choices.

Another post features a former "Yahoo Boy" who recalls spending lavishly after his sudden rise to wealth, even renting a luxury home in the upscale Lekki area of Lagos. However, by early 2023,reality set in, and with no stable income source,
he returned to his hometown. He warns others about the pitfalls of irresponsible spending, noting, "Even the money you invest when reality sets in, you go pull out that investment to settle problems and bills."

The final message comes from an individual who lost his car, home, and relationships due to his financial downturn. After spending most of his newfound wealth in 2021 on hotel stays and luxuries, he now struggles to make ends meet.

Facing eviction, he reflects, “If I see 5k naira in my account like this, I will be so happy to tell the rate at which I’ve suffered.”

This is why we have a lot of poor and undetermined people in this country.

Nothing is easy....Dangote who is the wealthiest Nigerian of all time just ventured into Oil and we can see the challenges he's going through.

This is someone who is a cement god....Do you know how many musicians and skit makers we have in this country? Yet they keep making thousands of dollars on a daily.

Infact Elon musk once tweeted that he works 16 hours a day and people still call him lucky...Do you know what it is for a dollar billionaire to work 16 hours in a day?

Look at Davido and Dj Cuppy....They are both from a billionaire home yet look at the way they hustling like they from a poor home.

If I have 40m.
Olosho Quarters is the new gold.
Rent a 4bed duplex in lekki cost 15m.
Cost of renovation 8m . Inclusive of bunks, generator and running cost .
Salary
2 bunks per room i.e 16 occupants in total
Daily fee of 10k
@full capacity is 160k per day.
@full capacity is 4.8m per month
@full capacity is 57m per year.
But it would be foolish to calculate based on full capacity
@half capacity is 80k per day
2.4per month 28m per year.
And also most of the time from experience you will be running at about 80% to 100%.

Accomodation @ 10k per day is a steal in lekki.
Some people do as high as 15-20k

Understanding financial management will make you sustain wealth for years. It will guide you to build wealth securely, not just invest aimlessly.

Extravagant spendings and living a lavish life is the reason why most of them return to trenches

Karma doesnt exist, and life doesnt know the diff between legal and illegal wealth, so there's nothing like "suffering the consequences of their actions" in this case

Say No to Yahoo but, Financial Management is key.

Yeah. Money management is the greatest there is.
No matter how much you make, if you can't manage it probably, you'd just end up wasting everything and living from hand to mouth.

They're suffering because of the financial decisions they made, not because of any karma bs. Karma doesn't exist.
