I voted Republican in 2016, but this election, I voted Democrat all down my ballot. Why? Simple answer: I came to this country called the USA when I was 18 years and 10 months old, and I have been able to live a successful life beyond my imagination and all the dreams I had when I left my town, Ijebu Ode. I am a firm believer in the Jeffersonian form of government—a Government of, for, and by the people. The Republicans have lost all form of decency and decorum needed in a Republic Democracy. This election will go down as the most consequential election in all my close to 40 years of living in this country.
