GeeKudi:
On the hindsight, what is happening with Aradel now, appears to be a conspiracy to make money off unsuspecting investors, and it is very unfair.

You multiplied your OS by 20, pumped the resulting price by almost 100% and then present it to people as best thing after jellof rice.

The promoters here may or may not have been part of this conspiracy but those who were able to avoid this monumental rip off largely owe it to the cautionary note from Sunrisepebble.

I bought some units the day it became available and sold it after few hours with some profits to fuel my car.

does it mean that after the stock was split into 20, all existing share holders had their units multiplied by 20 and the price remained at N751 without dividing the price correspondingly. if na so e happen, no be scam be that?

Please has Oando ever defaulted on any loans? I am asking because if Oando treats it creditors the way it treats its investors then they must have defaulted on their loans sometimes. If they have never defaulted on a loan then their commitment to listing in the market must be seriously questioned.

Loans can be renegotiated, you can also get loans to service a loan

The big question is, why is it falling? How can you be sure that whatever is causing it to fall will stop at 400? This is why investing or trading is never guesswork. Do you have charts to support your claims? Have you conducted valuations to estimate its fair value? What is your angle?

Doing MH without even knowing that you are doing MH. shocked shocked shocked

I have been in the market to know that TA, SA, FA , chart and even MH can fail you. You may even have bought also but, would not admit that you are in the stock. From my little experience in the market, i know there is no foolproof. The market has a mind of its own. But, if the stock had been upward trend, so many people would have been jubilating, but now the case is this way many are also lamenting. In stock business, you can never be 100% accurate.

Surprised some folks are being called promoters. In the midst of the so called promotion, some of us still didn't buy. Emmanuelewumi for instance has been talking about aradel here even before sunrisepebble mentioned it. Same way he hinted about the possibility of wapco turning a good result for Q3. In the past he spoke about presco and okomu analyzing in his usual manner with fundamental analysis.

If price doesn't go below the 465 arrived at after the closing price on nasd was divided by 20, I don't see how any one that bought on nasd had made a loss except my math is wrong.

Make everybody carry their kaya. Una still remain the CEO of your trading account even though it's painful to see so much paper profit becomes unrealized.

That means those that bought it on NASD above current price post split and are still holding, should be in paper loss position.

I don't think the downtrend will continue below N400. Anything below that might see a bounce

In 2008 FBN securities asked clients whose portfolio was less than N5 million to transfer their accounts to other houses.

Cardinal Stone was newly established then, they just captured the clients given Red card by FBN securities, fast forward to 2020 and beyond Cardinal Stone started getting more businesses than FBN Securities

And cardinalstone and stanbic introduced 1million naira minimum account opening deposit.

I asked both firms about the minimum amount I can fund my acct with, they responded any reasonable amount.

I did 200k to each of them to see their reactions.Lol I traded with it before funding heavily.

Brokers should encourage clients and reduce fees.

Imagine both of them making over 4b naira commission just for October alone.

I have been a shareholders since 2017 then stopped buying in 2018 at N200 pre stock split.

More people became shareholders on NASD about 4 months ago at N4000

The hyping was top notch, especially coming after the OANDO miracle. That miracle lend some belief that if it happened with OANDO, it can happen with any stock poised for it.

Yes. But if a company could publish an undertaking to do something 3 times and fail each time you don't expect someone to bail them out of a loan they are having difficulty paying. I mean such companies do eventually default.

You now see why dem no send shareholders.

That was why I couldn't answer the question about the ability to pay dividends.

By paying dividends they are digging deeper into more debts and the situation will be more precarious

They were overconfident. They also failed to adapt to change and reinvent themselves quickly as the years went by..

I was looking for a case involving a creditor.
The story you posted was about an investor

You are right. I also regard both Volpi and Mangal as investors that were treated very badly. In fact I believe that case is what gave them the balls to treat all other investors and the SEC the way they are doing now.

I was so sure they were in need of liquidity and indicated it in my previous note. Somebody here on this platform is a smooth operator. He most likely was aware of this, but rode on the platform of providing some privileged information about some other companies that turned out true to gain people's trust to be able to stealthily promote Aradel. This is evil, considering that many people got trapped keying into Aradel shares on this platform. You know yourself. Take note, this not coming from a bitter mind because I did not fall for it. Such deceit would not end well
This is complete cow shit. The follow follow people will learn the hard way. They didn't see when others said they will wait at below #500.They want quick money and chase everything on the move

It was a strategy by the new management to market their equity mutual fund.

They gave clients with less than N5 worth of portfolio 2 options.

1) Sell down the shares and they will invest the proceeds in professionally managed equity mutual funds

2) Move the investment to another house and they will give all necessary assistance to make it possible.

Unfortunately close to 100% of the people affected moved their portfolio to other houses

That is my prayer. I have been buying 1,500 units every time it dips 10%.

The downward trend is only caused by sellof by a major shareholder. The fundamentals remains intact.

Aradel is still a very good share to have.

You got the prophesy right. You warned about this Aradel and today the street is filled with tears and pains.

It is now daily -10%...

Aradel dropping from ₦800 to ₦150 will be a shocker

So you intend to keep buying until it gets to your expected N150? grin

Yes. I initially wanted to invest ₦5million on Aradel but held back after it was listed on NGX. I planned entering from ₦500/share and I have been going in ₦500k+ every time it dips 10% till I exhaust the ₦5million.

If it dips 10% on Monday, I will go in again. It is a risk/gamble I am willing to take.

Yes ooh... Every die na die. No retreat no surrender.

It is a gamble I am willing to take. I have a gut felling it is going to bounce back before close of the month. It is more profitable to me if it keeps Deeping 10% daily till it gets to ₦150.

CSL told me to move my account too for one silly reason. Later after they moved it, they started writing me again to please comeback and operate. They appeared confused. Just ignored them.
