Use another AliExpress account or open a new one, some old AliExpress accounts don't show Opay payment option and there is nothing you can do about it at the moment, if you have time maybe you can contact them, otherwise use the above option

Just click add new card and it should work

The Opay payment option has nothing to do with Card, it works on my other AliExpress account without any card attached. But my main AliExpress account has refused to work

There are no implications, just that you won't get Playstore in the phone. I'm using red magic 7 pro Chinese version but I installed play store myself so you can do so

True. No be everybody get opay card. But you can get physical card almost anywhere. Or generate a virtual card. I don't think the virtual card is free anymore. I got one when it was still free

Normally the post office should call you, but if they don't. It should be in closed post office to the address you used.
