Lithiumite:youre still saying we dont pay taxes in Nigeria. Typical APC sympathetic phrase meant to gaslight people. Seems you want me to curse you. We pay very similar tax rates with china who have 100x our GDP and pay more for everything than china, and you're here defending it. Yet the govt provide nothing for the poor people it's taxing. No free feeding, no free health care. Can't even provide security, no social welfare. Should I also mention the minimum wages? 1 Like 1 Share

Lithiumite:nonsense. you're looking for praises for a useless political student loan that won't last a year Imagine students being sent 20k for upkeep. And you're here rejoicing whereas Kenya sends $300 for upkeep. Once you see you're been defeated you'll start trying to gaslight about taxes. We don't pay taxes blalblah blah...yet our tax income per year is over 20billion. In essence Nigerians pay more for everything, pay high taxes and get nothing back from the govt except stealing and more gaslighting. People like you ought to be destroyed with the bad leaders you're defending. Yes you'll deserved to be wiped out. You've turned this country into the worst country on earth. Kia! 1 Like |

princemaths: You are an irredeemable demented ideologue who sees nothing good in their own.....did Kenya start educational finance today or yesterday. You are here foaming in the mouth about you paying taxes, how much tax do you pay compared to the average Kenyan..... Nigeria is a largely informal economy and majority still operate outside the tax net....even simple health insurance that should have been fir the benefit of all majority still kicks against it and find ways of avoiding it. We have been going down the abyss for years and a lot of things we should have put in place long before now weren't done and this govt is making ingenious effort to correct the lacuna, every reasonable person with a brain knows everything can't be done all at once and we only need to start from somewhere but degenerate hate filled looser like yourself don't even have the most basic understanding of governance. |

princemaths: The joke is on you,you and your myopic ilk....Did you in anyway bother to even read the data you put up there......what's China's population compared to ours, what's the compliance rate compared to ours, did you even bother to compare the VAT rates which has just gotten jacked up to 7.5% as it had always been 5%,the progressive tax at the top is still way higher than ours. |

Lithiumite:you're extremely stuppid didn't you claim we don't pay taxes now you've quickly changed mouth and now talking of compliance rate. Look at the business/cooperative taxes at 20%. That's too much For a country where nothing is subsided. The end customer me and you are paying for those taxes in high cost. Keep fooling yourself. IAM very sure you are collecting 20k as salary and here defending rubbish. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by Lithiumite: 12:44pm On Nov 09 |
princemaths: You inredeemable fool.....if 10% is paying taxes out of a 100... What does that tell you. I have seen people do business worth tens of millions without paying a dime to govt.....every body knows we don't pay enough taxes here in Nigeria that's why govt can choose to damn the consequences against your grievances because govt isn't dependent on your tax. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by Lithiumite: 1:05pm On Nov 09 |
princemaths: You inredeemable fool!! If 10 people are paying taxes out of a 100 that should, what does that tell you? With a country of 200m people, juxtapose our personal income tax receipts with that of Kenya or SA. The argument is that our tax net isn't broad enough and we need to do that,I believe that's beyond your cognitive ability. |

Lithiumite:Your Brain will be better off with organ harvesters because you can't even use it. You don't pay tax in Nigeria they deduct it. And they don't give any receipt to you. So they can hire nicampooops like you to gaslight the public into believing they don't pay tax. Each time you deposit money In the bank they deduct vat, make a call they deduct vat, if you receive salary from the govt or any organisation into the bank they deduct their PAYE buy any imported goods and you pay extra for custom duties. Paying tax isnt by choice but by force. It's incorporated into everything and you can't escape it. 1 Like |

Lithiumite:yes 10% before it was zero taxes you claimed. And why will people pay doing their business pay tax? You don't even know how taxes work. And yet you're here spreading stupidity. You think govt is supposed to knock on peoples door to ask for tax. ? Go read online the difference types of tax and how the govt collects it and stop spreading foolishness here. |

princemaths: What vat is being deducted from your fintech adaptation for your daily transactions.....you lie effortlessly like you can't even breathe without dropping one. The agro commodities you buy,how much vat is being charged, you may be the real maverick to limited cognitive elements but not on an enlightened forum like this........the tax to GDP ratio of Nigeria is one of the lowest in Africa,so you want to argue that too...... because some few people in 200m pays taxes or few corporates doesn't mean we have a robust tax system. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by Lithiumite: 10:45pm On Nov 09 |
princemaths: An imbecilic whelp like yourself can't decipher not paying enough taxes isn't same as not paying taxes at all, something as basic as this is too difficult for you to comprehend. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by princemaths: 8:13am On Nov 10 |
Lithiumite:idiiot, how much are we supposed to pay before ? A country that has the lowest minimum wage and it's citizens are in darkness (worst mw/h per person) in electricity. Say it how much is enough for a greedy govt that does nothing for it's citizens. Even USA is just 16%. China is 11%. Kenya is 7%. But 10% is not enough for a govt raping it's citizens left and right. One day all you Apc supporter will be shot dead for defending suffering and gas lighting people. I will personally pull the trigger. |

princemaths: Degenerate numbskull like yourself.....10% of what.....how many people are paying taxes....there are businesses registered over 20,30 yrs without paying a dime in tax but are still in business. Nigeria has one of the lowest tax to GDP figures in the world and here you are yapping whatnot about paying taxes...... nigerians are generally averse to paying taxes with the belief that since we have oil, govt should do everything, tell me which country would grow like that. There is already emerging data that about 46% of Nigerians earn below 100k monthly....that's already a huge number out of the taxable bracket because they are already tax exempt. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by princemaths: 6:05pm On Nov 11 |
Lithiumite:yea of course, APC cows will always bark and debunk any stats and proves that contradict their lies. I agree with you, poor Nigerians should dash your govt all their salary through tax and high bills so they can starve to death. While the govt provides nothing in return Oil money isn't enough. That one is for stealing alone. Qatar collects 0 taxes from its citizens and from oil money became extremely rich. The govt pays subsidy on everything. Their electricity is cheaper than in Nigeria. N54 per unit. I guess their leaders have four heads and 2 tescilces each. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by Lithiumite: 6:59pm On Nov 11 |
princemaths: If Qatar's style is the best, then every country in the world would have been practicing same system but they aren't for a reason. I just gave you data on how many Nigeria's are already tax exempt due to low income and no one is bothering them. |
Re: Is This Electric Cooker Really Prepaid Meter Friendly? by princemaths: 7:48pm On Nov 11 |
Lithiumite:what do you mean by Qatar style see this idiiot. Which style is your frog eye govt running then? I can throw in hundreds of samples of different govt around the world making life easier for their citizens. Even from Africa. All over the world. Only Nigeria stuffing thier citizens with high taxes and high bills while providing nothing but pains and frustration. Darkness, insecurity, hunger, low wages. And you apc lots always have some bullshit talk to defend it even though it makes no sense. Your govt can't match any govt in the world even from the poorest parts of the world. From Egypt, to China to Qatar, Iraq, Libya, Gabon, Ghana, USA, Germany. Please which one can your useless govt match? |
