I dont know who advised Tinubu that a former police officer has such level of resourcefulness to manage the entire security architecture of Nigeria when he made Ribadu NSA. That job is best fitted for a former military general that has been in the military intelligence unit. They have more reach, more resources that even a sitting IGP
