Someone has been there and confirmed to me directly on video call as well that no exam is going on from what he observed there some people came there for seminar program and they were about to start sef not even related to anything recruitment

It may be true. The ministry itself can only employ from level 1 - 6. Only FCSC can employ from Level 7 - 12
