GamaG:range os 25 to 45%. 45% for those on lower g GL and 25 for ogas at the top. GL 12 is in-between. Then again, RSG can decide to pay higher. |

Why should we talk about the new minimum wage template in Rivers State when many of our colleagues have not been paid even up till now. Expecially those with Ecobank. |

chrissoki: Up till now many of us have not been paid. Ecobank keep telling us that the money government gave to them to pay was not enough to go round all staff. And that they are still expecting the next tranche to pay the remaining staff. Pls can someone direct us on what to do |

The Rivers State Senior Secondary Schools Board expresses its heartfelt condolences to the family of Mrs. Lartey Bosede Oyeyemi, a dedicated teacher at Community Secondary School, Rumumasi, Port Harcourt, who tragically passed away during morning devotion on Friday, November 8, 2024. On Monday, Chairman Dr. Samuel A. Emejuru, accompanied by fellow Board members, visited the school and the family home of the late Mrs. Oyeyemi to offer their sympathies. Dr. Emejuru shared that the news of her passing came as a great shock to the entire Board, highlighting her significant contributions to the education sector in Rivers State, which will be deeply missed. During the visit, Dr. Emejuru encouraged the staff of Community Secondary School to remain strong and inspired by Mrs. Oyeyemi's exemplary lifestyle. He urged them to continue their diligent work in education, which is vital for public appreciation and recognition. At the family home, Dr. Emejuru conveyed the Board's heartfelt condolences, encouraging the family to trust the sovereignty of God even through this devastating season, emphasizing that God can still be trusted.
