It is a criminal offence but not an electoral offence for the tribunal. When we talk of rigging in Nigerian context, we mean molesting,harassing,forcing voters to vote somebody. We changing results at collation points,writing results,snatching ballots, destroying votes etc... did that happen in Ondo?
