When it comes to the universe as a whole, we are just like kids and our brains process things in such an infantile way. Like a child who keeps forgiving and forgeting the mishandling of a wicked step mother, we tend to forget easily the uncertainty of the next minute. A toddler thinks his small cubicle is large enough but when something as simple as growth happens to him, he would realise he had a dwarf perspective before growth. Same way, we think we have a lot of time here until we transit this realm. Only then will we see how shortsighted we were to mistake a drop of water for an ocean. People, we don't have much time here. A percentage of the people who passed on yesterday, didn't see their exit coming and they didn't have to before reality set in to do its job. They were summoned by the judge of the universe to, "Come up hither" Our immaturity misleads us into thinking we have much time here. Even 120years is but a blink. We are doomed if we dare boast of tomorrow. We are in such a straight path and death walks so near us everyday that if God should give us a glimpse of our vulnerability we would immediately collapse from fright. We are so ignorant and deluded for the most part. Why do we struggle and fight for a place here when here is so brief, when we can fight for a place in the place that really matters, where we are transitioning to? We are only here for a while and we would be there forever yet only few are preparing for there. We are indeed mostly childish. When the master looks down and says to you, "Come up hither" Would you do that joyfully or regretably? Will you look back and realise you pursued intimacy with the master over personal gain and therefore found worthy of eternal bliss. Or would you be rejected and told, "depart from me… " The choice is yours to agree with God today in Christ. Happy sunday <3 2 Likes |

Well spoken. God calls us to come up hither (rev 11:12). God wants to lift us up. And When we say that God lifts us up from the earth, we are really saying that he takes us out of the limited philosophies that are prevalent in the world. He lifts us out of our narrow self-focused concerns and gives us a sense of his grandeur, his power, and his love. He raises us above our limited expectations for our lives and shows us that we really can overcome sin and that we really can live holy, godly lives in this world. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Earth is not our home.... We are spiritual beings just having a human experience... Our real home is the spiritual realm... When our time here is up, we go back home....waiting for another chance if you so desire... 1 Like 1 Share |
