HMK has arrived...... smiley
The Symbol/Ticker is: HMCALL
Trading not yet commenced.......this should be around 2.20 or thereabout..

The problem i have with this stock is that it is too expensive at this price.
Their eps is 8 kobo per share.
That is a PE of 48.
They need to come down to 50k per share to attract investors.
They don't pay dividends either.
They cater for middle class and low income nigerians with their hotels ranging from 40k/night in surulere to 25k per night in ikorodu.
They can't compete with Transcorp or ikeja hotels who rake in billions from hotel reservations of 100k minimum per night.
Their properties range from 200/300m per flat in ikeja, surulere to 35m per flat in mile 2. They also have flats to sell in Togo and Benin rep.
In their 2023 Financial report, net profit is meagre 256m for a 3.12b shares outstanding.
I think i will pass for now.
They should be in Nasd in my opinion.

Well researched. Thanks.

The shareholding structure also looks lopsided, with the owner having over 73%

what about Rabiu whose ownership in BUA Food and Cement is over 97%?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by KarlTom: 10:38am On Nov 21
Is this possible?

There is a free float requirement for listed companies which is think is well above 3%

You might have to think of investment with this TANTALIZERS...

IF they scale through this then they should be eyeing #2

The current slow down provides opportunities for those that want to get in. If you do JIJO with TANTALIZERS you might not get it back again at the price you SOLD
