Can We Speak In The Bathroom? by Lukgaf(m): 9:51am On Nov 22
Praise be to Allah.

If speaking in the bathroom happens when one is relieving oneself, it is not allowed, and it is contrary to good manners and dignity.

An-Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

The scholarly view that it is disliked (makruh) to speak when relieving oneself is one on which there is consensus.

Our companions said: All types of talk are regarded as equally disliked, but there is an exception in cases of necessity, such as if one sees a blind person about to fall into a well, or sees a snake and the like heading towards a human or other creature whose life is to be protected. It is not disliked to speak in these cases; rather it is obligatory in most such cases.

End quote from al-Majmu`, 2/88.

But speaking in the bathroom happens at a time other than when relieving oneself, there is no text to indicate that it is not allowed, and in principle it must be permissible.

Shaykh Ibn `Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked:

What is the ruling on speaking in the toilet before starting to relieve oneself?

He replied:

There is nothing wrong with that, especially if there is a need for it, because there is no clear prohibition on that, unless two men are defecating and they sit next to one another and talk to one another. This is what is prohibited. As for merely speaking in a place where people relieve themselves, there is no prohibition on that.

End quote from Liqa’ al-Bab al-Maftuh, 171/11).

I swear the probability of having common sense when associated with that rubbish thing dey are practicing is less than 1 percent.

That ideology was created to eradicate common sense from their brain.

Imagine a full grown adult asking if they can talk in the bathroom, is that not synonymous to craziness angry

No sensible person would willingly have anything to do with Islam and Christianity. If not that foolish parents forcefully indoctrinate their children into these rubbish religions, these outdated scam organizations would have been history by now.

99 percent of the people who practice and defend these nonsense religions where indoctrinated by their parents when they were kids. Without that l, I don't see why a sensible person would join an organisation that forbids talking in the bathroom or having round haircuts (Leviticus 19:27 ) Or trimming your beard (Leviticus 19:27). Foolish religions.

During my service year, Corper Akeem was bathing in the bathroom ( a public bathroom for us corp members), when Corper Uba and Corper Azeez (a Christian from Kogi state) sneaked to where he hung his towel and removed it.

The only thing poor Corper Akeem, soapy, butt naked and mute, could do was grunt loudly in anger and frustration while his two mischievous fellows laughed merrily outside, waved his towel over their head and dared him to call out their names.

Of course, he wouldn't. He did not want jinn to possess him for having the temerity to talk while in the bathroom. If you talk while bathing, jinn will come at night and beat you to stupor

Funny people .

Alcohol is a haram.

Camel piss & Cow piss is Halal

This is what u get when u leave God to follow a man who never spoke to God.
Unlike Moses that God spoke to.

EXODUS 3:6
Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

Thats how you know a Prophet, God speaks to him.

There is no where in the quoran that God spoke to Mohammed.
Theres is no where in the quoran that God gave mohammed a miracle

Please what makes mohammed a prophet? angry
