Babajide Sanwo-Olu did say that COVID-19 lockdowns slowed him down in terms of RAPIDLY rolling out infrastructural developments. He is indeed right as we can see from what he is doing in the second-term of governance. Biodegradable toilets can also be rapidly built in Lagos State to produce biogas (methane gas) for cooking and to power generators for electricity from public toilets and residential houses. This isn't rocket science... Lagos Island, Ikeja, Yaba, etc, can be used as pilot projects for these before mandating all landlords key into it. Other states such as Oyo, Ogun, Kano, etc, will follow suit when Lagos achieves success here.

The Igalas are the custodians of the Egungun (Spelled as "Egwugwu" in Igala with Igala being classified by linguists as a Yoruboid language) in those communities I mentioned. I've watched many YT videos (like the ones below and saved them within the last four years on my mobile devices), documentary interviews, and read a lot of books and articles detailing these historical specifics since the early 1990s.
