Then he said: “… When you meet your enemy among the polytheists, offer them three options, and whichever one they choose, accept it from them and refrain from (fighting) them. Invite them to Islam and if they respond, then accept it from them and refrain from (fighting) them. Then invite them to migrate from their land. … If they refuse, then ask them to pay jizyah. If they respond, then accept it from them and refrain from (fighting) them. If they refuse that, then seek the help of Allah and fight them….

Their marks are on their faces from the effects of prostration. Palestine as well as several other states and geographic locations was part of ottoman empire, which ended in 1922. As at that time, Palestine had a map which clearly indicates its geographical boundaries and component areas. From 1922 to 1948 it was under Britain mandate, it was not an independent state but rather a territory, during which there was constant struggle for sovereignty and Palestinian statehood.
At this point, I need to you to know that prior to 1948, Palestine was occupied by Muslim ,Jew, Christian and druze who have been living in peace for centuries, before the creation of Israel and Nakba. Also they had their currency which was ottoman lira then Palestine pound.

To your second question, The Arab leaders did not agree to 56.47% of the land allocated to creation of state of isreal. They claimed they had larger population while the European immigrants were of relatively small population. Aside that, mostly fertile land for agriculture was part of the land allocated to Israel, There were other reasons too.

Take note that in 1930 and 1939, the British issued white papers that restricted Jewish immigration and land purchases, But due to political and economic reasons ( Another topic entirely) The British made deal with the Rothschild Family to bring European Jews to Palestine.

On a serious note, what Israel is doing currently is devoid of human empathy, bombing and shooting unharmed civilians, inside camp, in hospitals, even in their own safety zone. there are hundreds of people among the rubbles of bombed houses. Israel have technology that set off bomb in Hezbollah pagers, killed Iranian officials but cant take out Hanas member Instead they are taking out everyone.
