What Dele Farotimi Wrote About Afe Babalola by nlfpmod: 1:11pm On Dec 04
Foreword

This is not a biography for I have painstakingly provided glimpses of my early life in an earlier sequel to my first book.

My purpose here is to tell you the story of my sojourn within the Nigerian legal system and to show you how our justice system- the Nigerian justice system is in itself criminal, lending credence to how the criminality of the juthciary is completely reflective of the Nigetian state in its full ramifications and with full evidence of how this rot having become systemic is insidious and reaches to the very top of the juthcial system.

I will tell you the story of the complete and total loss of the capacity, to deliver justice against the backdrop of a case that was decided by the Supreme Court and which records are in the public domain.

I speak specifically of the case of Major Muritala Gbadamosi 8c Ors v. H.R.H Oba Tijani Akinloye & Ors otherwise known as the Gbadamosi-Eletu case.

It is my conternion regarding this case:

1 That Aare Afe Babalola corrupted the Supreme Court to procure a fraudulent judgment in the service of his clients.

2. That the law firm of S. B. Joseph & Co. procured 2 warrant to execute the said judgment by doctoring the original judgment of the Supreme Court

3. That Atilade O, Justice at the time and the Administrative Judge of the Lagos Judicial Division, unlawfully issued a warrant of execution based on the doctored judgment and without the enrolled order of the Supreme Court.

4. That Atilade, J quashed the fraudulently obtained warrant following an application of counsel in protest against same.

5. That Aare Afe Babalola, Olu Daramola, Olu Faro and the law offices of Afe Babalola & Co, (Emmanuel Chambers) compromised the Supreme Court and the remaining semblance of integrity it might have had, when they went back to the Supreme Court and got that court to swim in the sewer of corruption and shameful self-abnegation.

6. That Lawal Pedro SAN, at the material time the Solicitor-General of Lagos State, corruptd himself, abandoned the interests of the State, its citizens and any pretense to decency and became the undiscloud attorney to the Eletu family thus betraying the public trust.

7. That Afe Babalola libelled me and the fact of the libel becarne known to me in his suit against Lawal Pedro SAN.

8. That I sued Afe Babalola SAN for libel and that he leveraged his influence in the justiciary to deny me justice.

9. That Oyekan-Abdullai, J was the instrument of injustice employed to deny me my day in court.

10. That the Nigerian Justice System is criminal and complicit and can therefore not uphold the tenets of true justice nor the dispense thereof to which it is sworn.

The story I intend to tell is wrapped around the above facts and have been carefully espoused to highlight only the facts of the matter. Afterall, of what use is a lawyer without his facts?

I love this, this leaky basket mouth will rot in the darkest part of jail. The manner at which he runs his mouth, I knew one day, he would run it enter a trap. You come enter Afe Babalola's trap.
Thank Goodness, no be FG arrest him, those bitter people would have been insulting Mr President.
All these defamatory statements he wrote in his book, where will he get evidence to proof them?, I don't pity him and his bitter supporters.

God bless Nigeria.

Dele says he has facts aka proof! Why was he then arrested and thrown behind bars? How can he even depend on the judiciary he calls corrupt to save him?

The biggest protest in Nigeria was against police brutality. The next one will be against the judiciary.

Those who don't want peaceful revolution are making violent revolution inevitable.

Peter Obi and other LP members should get involved in this matter. Rich men should stop oppressing people in this country.

In Nigeria, if you call a murderer a murderer, he cries defamation. Defamation is very hard to prove except the judge is in collusion with the plaintiff.
Using defamation and the courts to silence genuine concerns is the norn in Tinubu's regime.

These are very weighty allegations to make ...The fact that he is a lawyer and still made these allegations makes it even worse.

I know there isn't one court in Nigeria that will rule in his favor that the Supreme Court aided fraud...and even if there is, the case's final appeal will be heard by the same Supreme Court grin

Ok.

People should not be using the police to arrest anyone who defamed them.
Let them sue such person to court.

My only problem in this situation is that the same people condemning this situation here were ok with the same thing when pastorprenual fraudsters used the police to arrest Kemi Olunloyo, that woman was in prison for about 6 months.
Many others have also used the same tactics yo deal with their perceived enemies.

You cannot support and be quiet when it is used against those that you don't like then cry and wail when used against those that you support.

I don't support it period.

Unless the laws specifically says it is ok.

Every society have their own laws.
But I don't support using the police to go after your enemies unless they have made terroristic or violent threats against such person.

Wow, from the excerpt he released he evidently needed the arrest to publicize the facts of his case since he wasn’t satisfied with the SC handling of the matter.

They just unwittingly helped him bring it themselves to the Supreme Court of Public Opinions.

Order!!!

Court is in session!

Grab ur popcorn and hold on to ur benches, it’s not looking like an open & shut case anymore! grin

Alright then, Mr Farotimi, all you wrote are very deep and I do hope you have those FACTS..

Now you have been arrested, and from what I have read that you wrote, I think Afe Babalola and everyone you have mentioned, including the Supreme Court, do have rights to write petitions against you, especially, if they know what you wrote is untrue.

Now, present your FACTS and be free...then, sue them again for assault!

Re: What Dele Farotimi Wrote About Afe Babalola by Dalohad: 1:25pm On Dec 04
The Judicial system is corrupt from top to bottom.
Finding an incorruptible judge is like looking for a virgin prostitute. A needle in a haystack situation..

Wike himself exposed the Judiciary with the way he has openly romanced them..

Top lawyers who have won landmark judgements like Wole Olanipekun and other SANs have been exposed as big time bribers of Judicial officers and judges.

The confidence in the Judiciary is at the lowest ebb.. One of the biggest eye opener was the Imo Guber Supreme court verdict given by Justices led by JSC Kekere-Ekun.

A case where a candidate who came 4th in an election was declared the winner of the Imo Guber election. That judgement was so distateful and evil that Imo State- a once peaceful and homely state, became enveloped by a conflagration never before seen in the annals of its history, till today. Even the Supreme-court appointed 'Governor' could not feel safe and afford to close his eyes for a simple rest at the Douglas house in Owerri. He practically rules from Abuja.

He is arguably the only Governor that goes around with armoured tanks and soldiers as part of his entourage at the cost of the state coffers. Says so much about his acclaimed popularity. Armed Non-state actors, insist that the 'Governor' will not rule the state in peace.

The price of stealing a mandate is enormously high and distateful, and has cost the lives of thousands of Imo citizens who have fallen to the bullets and bombs of both Army and the Non State actors.

Nigeria must decide whether democracy is really designed for it, or that Nigeria is designed for democracy.. A rotten Judiciary is a coup against the common man and will not augur well..

All in all, water will find its level in the long run. Evil Judges will not go scot-free. Time shall tell.

I stand with Dele Farotimi..

He actually said the truth about our corrupt judicial system but i have nothing to say about his arrest because it is a family affair.

However, the demand for the book will skyrocket now. This is good business
