Actually if tge person just does a moderate size enhancement it will not cause issues so far you go for the proper aftercare procedure. Most people don't go go the aftercare procedure like massage, lymphatic drainage, that's why they look bad after.

In cosmetics surgery I don't think it's bad so far it's carried out by professionals and the patient goes through the entire proper post operative care regiment.
On Nigeria wahala, me I'm just focused on my grind oo. The economy isn't friendly so why spend time complaining instead of focusing on other sources of income.

Anyhow dem do am no concern me As for the bolded, Its same here, Since September, i made it a habit to not to send more than a particular amount to people, regardless of what they are going through and who they are. Me sef get things to do na I'm just hoping that we start reaping the benefit of his policies as he promised asap. I kinda optimistic tho but i dont just know how soon.
