There are 2 classifications of useless governors in Nigeria. The ones with low IGR that just take VAT and fAAC money and do nothing and those with huge IGR and FASC that don’t know how to develop their states but fly under the radar because they have relatively huge FAAC allocations. You are building homes for navy, no foreign investment because you have more FAAC and VAT than sense. 1 Like |

I think d biggest challenge now remains security....I know corruption is high but Nigeria can still attract good investors if our security network is top notch ...u can't be doing business and at d same time afraid of Fulani herdsmen especially.....infact if government tackle Fulani herdsmen now.....agriculture will multiply by 100 n that means more food for export too.... |

I do not think the average Nigerian knows the scope and extent to how poor Nigeria is. And by being poor, it also includes political poverty, human resource poor, and educational poverty of the masses. Also, to how indebted and unproductive the country is while being poor in all indices. The overall poverty as it seems is in such a way that the average Nigerian is a burden, than an asset to Nigeria. Meaning their mere presence will sink the country further, instead of elevate it. Imagine putting heavy stones in a inflated giant ballon. Nigeria is the ballon and Nigerians are the stones. How possibly will the ballon fly? How? If the average Nigerian is conscious of the nature of the pepper soup he is in, he will do something about it. As I speak now, one family somewhere is having their fifth child inside one room face-me-I-face-you house, and God will provide for them lol. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

Dapo Abiodun is a disgrace. With the closeness of Ogun to Lagos state, a responsible government will maximize such advantage. No foreign investment, no good roads. I don’t know what exactly the werey is doing. |

The problem is the governors in these states, some of them don't want foreign investment as they want to own everything in the state. |
