I refused to choke mouth in this matter from inception but truth be told the judiciary he critized if he doesn't have strong or even an ordinary evidence this guy will spend many years in jail.

I also foresee his practicing licence withdrawn.

Until the court establishes that the information contained in the book is false, Amazon will not take it down. The matter is still in court and status quo will be maintained until a judgement is passed.
