for good reason. the lack of tempo for long stretches of games is down to fitness. can't keep up despite the heavy rotation.
I think only Mazraoui and Bruno are outfield players to feature regularly under Amorim.

Mazraoui has been benched for 1 or 2 games. Bruno is the only one who has started every game under Amorim. I must say it is exceptional how well he has rotated the squad. Ole and ETH used to wear me out with the way they played the same 11 every match till someone got injured. But with Amorim, everyone will contribute no matter how shít they are. Eriksen and Bayindir are the only ones who haven't played yet.

At RCB the best options are Maz (who has been our best player this season) and Yoro, and not Dalot. Lindelof can be an option as RCB because of his passing and his weakness in the air won’t be too much of an issue there.

A fit Shaw is better than Martinez at LCB. He is bigger, faster, and can cover wide areas while being a good passer also. Since Shaw is never fit however, Martinez gets the job by default. By next season we might have someone else there though.

Ugarte and Mainoo is my preferred pair in midfield. The cover each other’s weaknesses well.
Collyer is a dark horse that might sneak in ahead of more senior options like Case and Eriksen.

It might work and it might not but I believe it is the best pairing we have for now.

Ugarte and Case is too defensive and too limited on the ball for most opponents. They are also both limited in tight spaces.

Ugarte covers ground well while Mainoo can revive the ball well and progress the ball.

Eriksen’s legs are gone. Bruno works hard but is too careless with the ball.

Collyer and Gore are natural fits for this Amorim system but not sure they are good enough, and in Gore’s case injuries have wrecked him.
