Some weeks back I complained of my starlink not giving me internet . Starlink just shipped me another brand new starlink to me as replacement kit . I was told to return the old one but I do not understand this their message ,” Please use the pre-paid return shipping label sent in the original return email to return your defective Starlink hardware. Pls I need more clarification from you guys . I’m aware I need to box all the old equipment , I still have the original Carton of the old starlink intact . Can I drop the old starlink in any nearby DHL,fedEx ?

Check your email that is registered with Starlink. You will find a dhl waybill label. Print it out and paste it over the original label on the Starlink box.

Once you receive the replacement kit, you will have 15days to return the defective kit to dhl. Failure to do so, will result in a charge to your account equal to the retail cost of the replacement hardware delivered.

There is an attachment in the email that was earlier sent, print it out and take it with the old Starlink to your nearest DHL.

The issue, the more they delay not getting back to sales, the more we are likely going to get a message that they are leaving Nigerian market.
Don't forget that they selling now coz government doesn't want them to increase price, making them to lose in Nigerian market.

The more this isn't resolved, even me and you with starlink may start crying, especially me that have no mobile network where I am and fully depend on starlink.

I want to see starlink return to selling kits and my mind will rest.

I read, a few days back, on one of our dailies, that NCC would implement a new tariff regime for service providers, on the 13th December, so let's wait and see.

Whatever you do, never let Mynd44 go, if he leaves you, NL would suffer the loss. If he's not online, frontpage becomes boring, updates are being delayed, lying unattended to.. Those who are charged with the duty of moving them to the front page are so selective about what suits their sentiments. As soon as Mynd appears, the front page starts getting activities, every updates that's worth the frontpage get in there without being selective. Take for instance, the last topic on FP as I type now, was pushed there over 2hrs ago, yet numerous news are lying down there without attention, while the front page is dormant. 2hours of dormancy and still counting. Waiting for Mynd before life returns to FP.

I have a Starlink of about 2 months old for sale, currently on the 38k residential plan incase u want to continue call or WhatsApp if you’re interested

My sub expired was expecting to be discontinued instead new subscription set in.

Now I owe 70k+

That's not even the issue right now. Starlink has closed off Residential and Roaming plans in Nigeria until further notice, because the regulator rejected the subscription price increase. Only those who are already on the plans can retain the plans.

Business plan, which is available, is darn expensive.

I feel like Starlink is planning something for us all. They have refused to bill my card till now and on there website, the 'Balance Due' column is showing 0.0 naira. Something is about to go down!

I’ve been trying to reactivate my starlink in the east but I’m not even seeing the reactivate button. Any advice?

This dude had a problem with his router cable which starlink was supposed to replace.
When they found out they had run out of V2 cables, they offered to upgrade him to an entire V3 kit for free. lol

Now that NCC has approved the increase in tariff for all telco companies, we should be looking towards January 1st for new starlink price.
