Keke grin driving. Imagine cashing out 8k to 17k daily. Oluwa is involved. Next year, my target is 1.5m in 6months. There was one Sunday I made 30k from driving Keke, I thank my mother for completing the money I used in buying the fairly used old Keke. Honestly, I earn more than white collar job workers.

As oddly as it sounds mine was value betting. Made a huge bank from bet365 alone. That betting site was like a poverty alleviation program for me. Very safe, easy withdrawal of your funds, out of the world odds, and a very flexible KYC process. I spent over 1m to create bet365 accounts. Unfortunately, lately, they have become very strict and ruthless with Nigerians and Africans in general. Accounts restrictions and closure are now on a minute basis. 1xbet is also another money spinner but withdrawing your winnings is even more difficult than winning. Honestly, I miss bet365.

I have a bet365 account I created about three years ago…
Do you mind making my 2025 by teaching me your ways?

omo boss you just ginger me how much would i be getting if i invest 100 dollar ??

You get back 1% of your capital as interest after trading the signal they send to you. And they send two signals daily afternoon and evening, so averagely you get 2% of your capital daily. So as your capital is growing, your ROI will also be increasing.

I started on the 12th of thiz month as well with $100 . You have to trade the signals they send to you for a month minimum,so after that period, you can withdraw to Bybit or any platform you can exchange your USD to naira. After your first withdrawal, you can do subsequent ones at anytime you like. Mine is not ripe yet but thats what people around me have been doing. You can discuss more with the person who told you about it.

How can someone invest in real estate
Meerahbel:
Thank you for your this question.

Risk=Rich
Fear is what is holding many people from reaching the peak.

You can save by either living below your means. However savings CANNOT make you rich.

Let assume you just got a job, you can squat with friends or stay with parents and when you want to get your own apartment go for a single room not a self contained or if you lucky the jobs gives you accommodation (you are to left with only the expanse to feed yourself) With 60k, save 20% that's N20,000 a year would give you 240,000, that's if accommodation is provided but if no accommodation is unavailable you can do 5-10k per month, you can decide to buy a plot of land or invest in crypto, stocks market most especially foreign stocks (because earning in naira is no longer profitable), Treasury bill, or FG savings bonds (5000 to start by the way and you get interest quarterly) Your return can be used to pay monthly bill in the case of FG savings bonds school fees though or professional qualifications exams.

Invest FIRST, then SPEND the rest.

Everything is all about planing, the day you start taking actions and stop complaining or giving excuses you would see the difference.

Another cheat code to wealth is in Real Estate.
For instance, a land I bought for 800,000 in 2015, today that land is worth more than 15 million naira, you can decide to sell and go but an acre some other place. When you buy the acre, you self a plot or two and go to another place buy an acre and RINSE & REPEAT.

I am invested in the following;
1. Crypto
2. Stocks market (both local and foreign) I use trove for foreign stocks, if you interested use the link on my profile to get started we both get free shares.
3. Real Estate
4. Nigerian Treasury Bills
5. FG savings bond
6. REITs (silent money spinner)
7. Remote jobs - By next year I will no longer do 9-5 anymore, I done with onsite jobs
8. My Spa business

No rich person depends on one source of income.

I hope this helps.

Airdrop mining especially notcoin paid me my first 50k in this life and also forex trading but I haven't mastered it properly hopefully from next year by God's grace I Would have improved more than this year I really went far compared to when I discovered forex in 2020. Took it seriously in 2023 and this year 2024 My experience was amazing 🔥. Though it's not a stable source of income but with proper risk management and psychology you're good to go.

Seplat Plc defies all odds, outperforms it's elephant size, to grow above N5,000 per share, as 100,000 units now cost more than 500 million naira.

Interesting times ahead...

I missed this stock way back but jumped on NDDC stocks on NASD when it was N200 but today it at over 600 naira

There's a young man in the interior part of Lagos who has built a crazy business and employs over 12 staff all remote in this same economy which I am one of them. Another is a woman not even in Lagos in the southern part of Nigeria and has over 14 staff and business is doing extremely well.

E get person wey dey Iyana Ipaja dey do business with Dubai people and the Dubai people are thinking of coming to do business in Nigeria, mind you this person has a 9-5 job

My secondary school gate man, has been with us before I joined the school, it was when I was graduating he moved into his own house and invited everyone of us. I would have mentioned the school but once I do they would know me because I was their head girl

Boss! I used to be like you. I started out as teaching for 30,000. I had rent, food and sundry to pay until one day, I was in the investment section on the stock market channel and someone dropped a WhatsApp group link for discussion about NSE now NGX, that was the turning point. I met men who have been in NGX for more than a decade, men in their early 50's and 60's who have seen and done it all, living on their dividends and other sources of income. They taught me some of the things I know today Chief of them is Emmanuelmanie

Megawealth has a NGX discord discussion group, I was one of his beneficiary of one call that changed my life.

In the mist of multitude advice there's safety.

We have those that make things happen,
& we have those complain, I used to be the latter, but things have changed and I am grateful to NL and the men I mentioned above.
I'm so happy for you sweetie. Reading your post as a female gives me joy.
You are a motivation to other women.

U buy low directly from farmers an[/b]d sell high afterwards...
U avoid all these stress associated with direct production on the farm..

Apart from notcoin and dogs I can boldly tell u 99% of telegram projects are scam. Some u will have to invest to be given good amounts of airdrop, some (most) are creations of international scammers. This days if you're not an influencer don't bank ur hope on telegram projects.
You seem correct here, as I benefited a bit from notcoin, and even Ice that's not a TG project turned out a scam.

But if one doesn't do TG projects and mining, which then are there to do?

I hope you won't mention the degen space sha
