I recently returned from the core North after over a month stay there... I went to the rural and the urban part and interacted with the locals. I don't need any research or test to know that Northern Nigeria has a lower IQ than Southern Nigeria.

The answer to get good leaders would surprise you but here is my opinion

Tax Nigerians heavily and watch them demand good leadership and vote in the right people

I mean someone makes 5 million Tax them 2.2 million... I mean make home withdraw it and pay it to government by himself as tax domt automatically deduct it

I mean someone who owns a duplex made to pay 2 to 10 million as house tax yearly

I mean car owners made to pay 500k to 10 million as road tax yearly

Tax has a way of uniting the people, they would seek for who would give them better value for their money

The most developed nations are the highest tax paying nations and it's not a mistake

I have to agree. There is something fundamentally wrong with the mind of us black people. We are more geared to destruction than building anything
