can sack Senator Anyanwu from office. This is because there is a subsisting Court judgement restraining individuals, groups, or parties from laying claim or further challenging his position as National Secretary of PDP. Nobody can stop the Court from hearing suits filed under its legal jurisdiction. 9 Likes |

So PDP is telling us that the earlier judgement made by a High Court supercedes this one made by an Appeal Court. Very soon in this country, we shall get to a point where the Supreme Court will give a judgement and some people will tell us that it cannot stand because another High Court had given an order restraining the Supreme Court from entertaining the matter. We are getting to that point and we will soon get there! 5 Likes |
