...Disclaims Purported Sack Report

The attention of the National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu has been drawn to a fake news claiming to have purportedly sacked him from office by an Appeal Court sitting in Enugu State.

This report is not only fake, misleading, and mischievous, but a designed ploy by desperate politicians to divert attention. Senator Anyanwu remains the National Secretary of PDP till December, 2025.

The truth of the matter is that no court of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria or beyond can sack Senator Anyanwu from office. This is because there is a subsisting Court judgement restraining individuals, groups, or parties from laying claim or further challenge his position as National Secretary of PDP.

These same group of desperate politicians working effortlessly to create division in PDP are known agents of APC, but we shall not allow them to succeed.

In view of this, the public is advised to ignore this falsehood being peddled, as it remains baseless, futile and of no effect.

Signed

Ikenna ONUOHA, Ph.D.
Special Adviser, Media

can sack Senator Anyanwu from office. This is because there is a subsisting Court judgement restraining individuals, groups, or parties from laying claim or further challenging his position as National Secretary of PDP.

Nobody can stop the Court from hearing suits filed under its legal jurisdiction.

How is APC the only party that doesn't have internal turbulence?

What are their leaders doing right that others need to emulate I wonder?

So PDP is telling us that the earlier judgement made by a High Court supercedes this one made by an Appeal Court.

Very soon in this country, we shall get to a point where the Supreme Court will give a judgement and some people will tell us that it cannot stand because another High Court had given an order restraining the Supreme Court from entertaining the matter.

We are getting to that point and we will soon get there!

Sam Anyanwu, a man who contested Imo state Guber election after his abysmal showing at the poll, went back and retained a position he earlier resigned from. This absurdity can only happen in Nigeria.

It shows that you are nothing but a kindergarten in the field of politics. Oshiomole did not lose just because the case is against him on the point of law. He lost because of the cabal in Buhari Aso rock. If such thing is tried now during Tinubu, you will all go home beaten and saddened

The person that gave this press statement or release is his own personal media secretary or special advisor on media or P.A Media, what do you expect him to say?

Accept his boss's removal.

The person(OP) that added that the statement is from PDP to the caption is mischievous.
The statement is from his own media secretary/P.A or special advisor on Media and doesn't have any signature or official support from PDP as a party.
