Well I wont argue with you but I really wished I could bring that my friend here.

He is from imo state Orlu.

I will ignore the insults cos evidently your moniker already sum things up.

Let's argue it..
Bring that your friend.
I'm happy he is from Orlu, you know why? I'm from Orlu, grew up in Orlu, went to school in Orlu too. My maternal home is from another end of Orlu, so I know the Orlu culture inside out.

There is no place in Orlu where the first son takes everything. Has he got the right to choose first, or take the juiciest? Yes! But take everything? No!

I'm waiting for you, don't run! Go and bring that your "my mama say I be igbo" friend from Orlu. Let him come and educate us here. Una anti igbo propaganda too much ahbegi

Bitter ugly thing

You're lucky a Yoruba man was foolish enough to marry you. Otherwise, you would have been handled the way Igbos handle widows.
How does Igbo handle widows?

Please say what you know. Don't tarnish image of Igbo here.

Which behavior you are talking about? Do you organize a program involving your family without being informed? Is it right

It doesn't involve his family, it involves the office of the current Governor honoring the former Governor of the state.

She's a mentally-unstable nonentity and shouldn't have been invited.

So based on character, Dora Akunyili must also be evil for her people to reject her when she ran for the Senate right?

Is it only not being able to be the governor that can make one angry in Nigeria?

You are judging from outside that's your problem but what I want to pass to you is that Igbos are expressive and don't pretend when they are not good with what is going on around them unlike the Yorubas who pretend and die like we are seeing a lot of suicide in the west.

This same people committing suicide up and down will even praise the person whose fault is why they are suffering in the first place.

Being expressive wrongly is very unwise when dealing with others. That's because you might be understanding everything wrongly yet be sure about what you're expressing. She believes (very wrongly) that she is supposed to inherit her husband's goodwill while she is not a good woman all her life.

I am married to an Igbo woman. As a Yoruba man, my people love me so much and I have a lot of goodwill in the community I grew up. My wife is such a wonderful soul that she probably have more goodwill now in the community than me. Everyone wants to support whatever she does not just because of my own goodwill but because she has consolidated and build on it. Interestingly, she has more goodwill with my people (Yoruba's) than my sister-in-law who is also Yoruba. I can easily run for any office with her and there is no way you won't like her.

Betty was a very horrible woman judging from the way she was treated in Imo State (her State of origin). It seems she's very entitled as a person and does not respect others. She forgot that her husband being a governor is a rare even for most humans on earth. She is too power-hungry, abandoned Aketi in Germany and Ibadan, was more interested in clinging to power and values power ahead of her husband. She is like Athaliah (in the Bible) and was an error in the state.

That she is expressive does not mean anything but just saying whatever she feels even when it was all foolish. Sometimes, we must question our own feelings to remain sane. Why do you think it's a blessing to be expressive? Being too expressive might show a lack of depth than any other thing.

Ayedatiwa should go ahead with the lecture whether this ugly Jezebel likes it or not.

Aketi was first an Ondo man before falling into the misfortune of meeting her.
Be careful! Don't insult her. You should have respect for her. She could be your mother.

Are you seeing what she is seeing before you open your dirty mouth to insult her.

She's being marginalized and she's voicing out her grievances.

Allow her be!

Is it because Betty, The wife,is not a Yoruba? If she were a Yoruba, would anything be done in the husband's honour without being involved or informed?

Common, think outside the box devoid of ethnic machination.

Betty is right. State government is wrong with the arrangements without involving the family.

Imagine a Yoruba first lady calling Igbos Yamuri?
Betty Akeredolu called Yorubas ofeman u.

Now, do you in all honesty think a person like that should have been invited?

You are saying it's because she's not Yoruba. If she were Yoruba, would she use tribal slurs on her husband's entire tribe?

God forbid a thing like that is my mother. Yorubas don't produce things like her, only Igbos do.

She's being marginalised, that's why she's using tribal slurs on Yorubas.
This idiot was rejected by her own kinsmen in Imo, she didn't say anything, but it's Yorubas that can be insulted.

You look and sound far more unhinged than she will ever be. She stated her grouse clearly. Her family was not invited. The governor has been trying to rain on the parade of her late husband by basically working against his ideals. Members of the government who tried to get close to the family have been punished. She has got a right to distance herself and her family from a vindictive government that did all these to her family. She is defending her huasnds legacy which she helped to build. Your only anger here is that she is igbo. Nothing else. That says volume about your emoty character.

Mad Igbo woman. If she ever goes near there, they will give her the home training her parents refused to give her in Igboland.

God forgive the late Aketi.

But he obviously married from the wrong place. Her greedy nature to power might have even shortened his life span.

Late Aketi really belittled himself to have gone to the gutters for such a sl*t. I'm not sorry to say.

Aketi was a young lawyer who got manipulated by an old hag without purpose in life. She's older than he was, had nothing going for her and was desperate.

Look at the wives of his contemporaries and look at his wife.

There's no way a man will get entangled with a creature like this deranged Betty and live long. It's not possible.
