Ogbomosho weed, is that you?

He's very correct.
That's why Akeredolu's younger brother went back to Owerri to carry wine to her kinsmen for the idiotic ingrate to be allowed to live among the civilised people in Yorubaland.

Otherwise, she would have been sent back to her place to join her kinsmen on fighting for space under the bed every Monday.

Lagospedia... who cares?

So,why do you think southeast won't go if allowed?

Being expressive wrongly is very unwise when dealing with others. That's because you might be understanding everything wrongly yet be sure about what you're expressing. She believes (very wrongly) that she is supposed to inherit her husband's goodwill while she is not a good woman all her life.

I am married to an Igbo woman. As a Yoruba man, my people love me so much and I have a lot of goodwill in the community I grew up. My wife is such a wonderful soul that she probably have more goodwill now in the community than me. Everyone wants to support whatever she does not just because of my own goodwill but because she has consolidated and build on it. Interestingly, she has more goodwill with my people (Yoruba's) than my sister-in-law who is also Yoruba. I can easily run for any office with her and there is no way you won't like her.

Betty was a very horrible woman judging from the way she was treated in Imo State (her State of origin). It seems she's very entitled as a person and does not respect others. She forgot that her husband being a governor is a rare even for most humans on earth. She is too power-hungry, abandoned Aketi in Germany and Ibadan, was more interested in clinging to power and values power ahead of her husband. She is like Athaliah (in the Bible) and was an error in the state.

That she is expressive does not mean anything but just saying whatever she feels even when it was all foolish. Sometimes, we must question our own feelings to remain sane. Why do you think it's a blessing to be expressive? Being too expressive might show a lack of depth than any other thing.
How exactly was she treated in Imo please.

God forbid a thing like that is my mother. Yorubas don't produce things like her, only Igbos do.

She's being marginalised, that's why she's using tribal slurs on Yorubas.
This idiot was rejected by her own kinsmen in Imo, she didn't say anything, but it's Yorubas that can be insulted.

You're a very stupid fellow.

Imagine a Yoruba first lady calling Igbos Yamuri?
Betty Akeredolu called Yorubas ofeman u.

Now, do you in all honesty think a person like that should have been invited?

You are saying it's because she's not Yoruba. If she were Yoruba, would she use tribal slurs on her husband's entire tribe?
She was angry. Offended. Based on mistreatments from state government. I am aware of the bullies she is suffering from the state government.

So, don't amplify her comments based on her anger.

Betty made your Yoruba son a governor as his wife. But Your mother made your father a palm wine tapper and you are here running your worm infested mouth and expect credible minds to take you serious.

She met him poor as a lonely youth corper, married him penniless, followed him to your Soka forest habitat, lovely raised a wonderful family for him and stood behind him until he became a success story.

That's why your best come for igbo women to help dilute your WILD DNA. Street urchins like you can't be allowed to marry any igbo gal anyways. So I can understand why you're struggling to relate..

It doesn't involve his family, it involves the office of the current Governor honoring the former Governor of the state.

She's a mentally-unstable nonentity and shouldn't have been invited.
Has she been evaluated and she is mentally unstable?

Cried for what? We were angry with the embarrassment that one idiot writing from a hidden place in Alausa is threatening a whole ethnic group without recourse to rule of law for their exit from Nigeria.

All because their mentor lost presidential elections in Lagos state.

Do you reason at all? Why ethnically biased?

Is it because Betty, The wife,is not a Yoruba? If she were a Yoruba, would anything be done in the husband's honour without being involved or informed?

Common, think outside the box devoid of ethnic machination.

Betty is right. State government is wrong with the arrangements without involving the family.
I believe that your comment is not for me. Where did I discuss ethnicity in my comment. Besides if you read carefully the state government have clarified that they were invited for the occasion. An invitation is a clarification begging for your involvement in a big occasion like this due to the distinguished contribution of the person they want to celebrate. Betty has now made it a crime for Ondo State government to honour her husband except they bow to her. I read an article of yesterday of how wives of ex presidents in Africa were complaining of the disrespects they got after their Husbands were out of office. This one has gotten manipulative even though her husband sadly passed away while in office and was not even a President . It’s a bad trait that most wives of government official’s including her are exhibiting.

There's a plank of the south west APC who has turned igbo hate into a dominant political ideology of the party. They must be resisted. This woman has been continuously bullied and humiliated for just being igbo. That should be stopped.

The former governor has no family, abi? And they don't deserve to be informed/formally invited?

You're lucky a Yoruba man was foolish enough to marry you. Otherwise, you would have been handled the way Igbos handle widows.
Same way the Igbos treated Bimpe Ike after her husband's death and she became Queen Regent of his village.

If the goal was to kill off the leaders of the other major tribes, they would have started with one genocidal Awolowo, who was rotting away at Calabar prisons as at the night of January 15th 1966. The whole of the east was totally under the command of the coupist. Awolowo was the preferred leader of the south west. All the coupists should have done was to walk in there and pulverise the ijiot with machin gun fire. But they did not. You know why?

They will behave exactly like her. Uncouth and useless.

Late Aketi made the worst mistake of his life the day he met her.

Maybe he would have still been alive if he wasn't dragged here and there from sick bed just for power.

You're right, absolutely!

The idea of the blue tick by Jack was to make distinct real accounts of dignitaries from parodies and unfortunately, that has been defeated.

because whyte people wanted their own oil companies to control the oil in Nigeria and Awolowo did not have any political power anymore and in prison was not stopping them from getting the oil..

Awolowo was not a political leader anymore so killing him would have exposed the igbos too early .. Calabar is Efik, Efut indigenous lands not igbo land...

for at least 6 months, the whole of Nigeria was under the command of the coupists and not just the whole of the east so if the coupists wanted igboland to leave Nigeria then in those 6 months they would have approved it but they didn't because they wanted to control the whole of Nigeria and not just the east ...
