It's not the house, it's the price of land in Ikoyi... same cement and building materials are used to build all over Nigeria, but lands don't cost the same. He actually got a good bargain for that price...

1 square meter of land in Ikoyi is around 2 million naira, multiply that by 1 entire plot, it's billions already, so do your research, make you no dey doubt basic things.

A friend wanted to rent a place in Banana last year it was priced in dollars, he had to pay jn dollars.
