Good evening Nairalanders

I'm writing this with heart full of sorrow because my life is really messed up
For the past two years I have been taking hard drugs like tramadol and emzor,
I have lost my memory because of drugs , most times I forget things easily and it's really affecting my life,because I have lost a lot of things during the period of taking drugs..
The most painful part of it is that one of our female colleagues saw sachet of tramadol in my drawer and told my boss which he later fired me even after begging him.
Whenever I want to stop taking drugs I always feel tired, bored and sad if I don't take it.
Most times I always sell my things to buy drugs.
If I haven't consume 5 doze in a day I won't feel okay and I'm always angry with my family each time i don't take it.
Please I need your advice and opinion on how I can stop taking hard drugs,
Please I want anyone that has been in this position before to enlighten me on how to stop taking drugs..

Go to a rehab center and tell them

Repent of the sin of drug addiction and whatever else you have been indulging in and involve God in your situation. Get a bible. Read for an hour a day at the same time everyday. Take it seriously while praying and asking God to intervene in your life and break your substance addiction. Do these and thank me later.

What were you battling?

Getting addicted to hard drugs is one of the worst thing that can happen to any young guy. Your life will just end before starting sef.

I'll give u dscope

Fast daily .
Do exercise presup daily to drain yourself
Sleep at a particular time everyday 10pm so u won't have sleep problems.
Drink lot of water , eat protein. And avoid masturbating. You would be good in a month.

Facing alcohol addiction too... The truth is nobody can help you... Is up to you... With all the advice people warn me about alcohol I didn't change... Until i decided on my on intent and volution to stop it.... Which was very hard cause once in a while I do relapse... But I can tell you since last year July I haven't tased it even though I have the urge...

Wait a second.... your major reason for wanting to quit is not because this habit has gradually stolen your memory and life but because you were caught by a female colleague and then fired for it?

2. It is understandable that you would have withdrawal symptoms and even depression from wanting to give up the pill but are you really better off losing your mind and eventually your life for it?

3. There is no magical way to bring a bad habit to an end. You need to decide for yourself that you are completely done and ready to quit, and the only way to do that is to change your behavior accordingly.

Indeed! Adopting self-discipline in other to overcome addiction is never easy and there are no magic bullets. There is only the mind in question making the moment-by-moment decision to quit completely.
