Budget is just a financial plan. SENSELESS Nigerian politicians keep deceiving themselves with bogus figures they can only generate in their wildest dreams. That's why nobody actually explains how they spent the past year's budget.

Huge budgets but yet refuse to open its books for any sort of audit to see how previous budgets were spent. State Govt and House Assembly all complicit in the matter probably trying to hide how much was paid to the Lagos landlord. Which way Naija?

How did 300million people concentrate there commercial strength in one city?..Is there no Port and refinery in PH,No refinery in Warri and kaduna?..Mention one thing in Lagos that is not found in one or other city in Nigeria?

No matter how much you hate, there is always one city or state in each country that more commercial and financial strength than the others.

No matter how great Los Angeles is ,it will never be as great as New YORK.

No matter how great other provinces are in China, they can never be as great as Shanghai

No matter how great all regions in south Africa are, they cant be as great as Gauteng

So,Now get it to your skull,LAGOS can and will never pause her development because of your hatred for her for any state to catch up and no man or woman born of woman can do that!...They tried by stripping 1/5 of the state of capital status and site no FG project there for the past 35years yet the city is even more popular than ABUJA word wide.

Rivers will continue to be great
Anambra will continue to be great
Kano will continue to be great.
And your hate can not stop one region from being the greatest like, its in other countries!

Smallest landmass yet contains 10% of the entire population of the country and counting..
Catering for thousands of economic migrants flooding in daily from the East to squeeze the life out of it.
Catering for the education, health of tens of millions of non indigene.
Overstretched infrastructure almost to breaking point..water, housing, basic healthcare , security.. everything overburdened..
Yet idiots, who can't even look their thieving, kleptomaniac governors in the eye would suddenly turn expert discussing Lagos budget and be pointing leprous fingers at Lagos Governor.

lagos caters for shiit
Whose education or health does lagos cater for? Who lives in Lagos and doesn't pay for their hospital visits or education? How many people still dey public schools? Even public schools are not free. Which water dey lagos? Borehole water. Does state pay for that? Liar and slave. If you lie that lagos caters for anyone again, then you will see what God who hate lies will do to you. Even street roads are built by landlords in the same lagos. Lagos get steady light?

To the person asking why we are obsessed about lagos, it was Nigeria's capital for over 100 years and still holds several national offices and institutions, which means one thing must bring an upward mobile Nigerian to lagos one dey.
Every time I come into nigeria, I have to come through lagos or pay double to land directly in enugu, so we all have stake in Lagos, it's not a Yoruba state, even though you guys want to pocket it.

The guy naming what my state doesn't have, my state doesn't have skyscrapers but it has places that look as beautiful as the most beautiful parts of lagos and it has infrastructure that it needs. European cities dont have skyscrapers but still look better than most cities.
Our airport wasn't built by federal government but by us, unlike lagos. Why would enugu need metro? We are functioning well and doing so with far less money than lagos.

The photo is the sanity in enugu that people in Lagos can only dream of.
