Mention one project that started or completed in South West during Jonathan/Yaradua government despite OBASANJO leaving over $50 billion in reserve and huge money made from oil and heavy borrowing?

Remember, quite unusual, for the first time in history, during Jonathan government, Obasanjo complained about lopsided appointments. It became a fight between Chief Edwin Clark and Obasanjo. Experienced engineers may not be interested in Social Media because of unserious boys. Coastal Highway Project requires many stages. They cannot just rush it because of the soil conditions.
