Abeg stop capping bro! Burna had a really strong start with songs like 'Like to Party,' etc. He was definitely on the path to success, even though his personality became a major issue for Nigerians. However, the saga with Aristokrat temporarily stalled his blossoming career. Honestly, I prefer Burna's music from back then to what he's making now. If you really know how to appraise music, you will know that Heaven's Gate is a masterpiece. Even more if you factor that the singer is somehow Nigerian.

Do u know since when I've been following Akpi on IG?

I've been following him on IG long before he even got popular, back then when he was on the same cadre with Vic O. I've watched his shows back then in America when he was still living inside his benz , playing at night clubs in front of empty chairs. That was long before he even came to Nigeria and linked up with dem Kogbagidi, Zlatan and co.

Even when he came to Nigeria , he's been playing at lounges looking like beer parlor here and there.

Shey na that person get real fans? How many of his shows u know person wey don go before? Most people just get amused listening to his song because of the comic relief his song brings and that's that.

I raise u that if Akpi organizes a concert and Odumeje organizes a concert in the same city, Odumeje will sold out while Akpi will nearly beg people with his show ticket.

Obviously, you didn’t follow Burna's career from the start. You should listen to all the music he did with Aristokrat, then come back and name the ones you think were 'mid,' so we can properly understand how you define 'mid' music.
