Khamenei accuses Israel of 'murdering thousands women and children in Gaza' and praises Palestinian resistance for making IDF 'retreat'

Iran made extensive efforts on Thursday to portray Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist factions as victorious in the Gaza war, referring to the expected cease-fire agreement to be signed today as a "defeat for Israel."

Amid the severe blows Tehran and its allies suffered in recent months, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei claimed that history would remember Israel as a murderer of women and children.

"History books will say there was a group that murdered thousands of children and women in Gaza! Nevertheless, in the end, everyone will understand that the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, the Palestinian resistance and the resistance front forced the Zionist entity to retreat," he wrote on X in Hebrew.

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps praised the cease-fire agreement, describing it as a "victory" for the Palestinians and a "defeat" for Israel: "The end of the war and the imposition of a cease-fire are a clear and great victory for Palestine and an even greater defeat for the monstrous Zionist regime," the statement read.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf added that the agreement "prevented the Zionist regime from achieving its strategic goal." He called for action to "punish the Zionist regime and heal the wounds of the Palestinian nation."

During the first year of the war, Iran exhibited great confidence in its power, appearing at times to achieve a significant strategic victory through the "ring of fire" it established around Israel, which was operated from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Gaza and the West Bank following the October 7 attack.

However, Iran has since suffered a series of setbacks. The massive Israeli assault on Lebanon decimated much of Hezbollah’s strength, pro-Iranian militias in Iraq decided to cease fire and Bashar Assad’s regime in Syria was overthrown.

However, Iran has since suffered a series of setbacks. The massive Israeli assault on Lebanon decimated much of Hezbollah’s strength, pro-Iranian militias in Iraq decided to cease fire and Bashar Assad’s regime in Syria was overthrown.

Ismail Haniyeh’s assassination in Tehran was a particularly humiliating blow for Iran. Israel’s extensive airstrike campaign, which incapacitated its defense systems following Iran's direct missile launches at Israel, has also left Iran exposed to future attacks and is now seen as greatly weakened. Against this backdrop, Iran is set to sign a strategic partnership agreement with Russia in Moscow on Friday.

China, an ally of both Iran and Russia, joined the nations welcoming the cease-fire agreement on Thursday. Beijing’s Foreign Ministry said that China hopes the agreement will be effectively implemented and lead to a full and lasting cease-fire in Gaza. The ministry also expressed hope that the relevant parties would use the agreement to promote de-escalation in the region.

Soon to be Ex-President Joe Biden will have a tarnished legacy too as the one who provided the bombs that Israel used for committing the genocide in Gaza.

Both Biden and Trump used the whole of last year to tell PM Netanyahu to finish off Hamas.

Their "finish the job" counsel eventually ended in a face saving cease-fire that will force Israel to withdraw from Gaza while Gaza administration remains in the hands of Hamas. So what's the point of the war?

This is a great lesson that pride goeth before a disgrace. Tiny Hamas fought a direct face to face war with Israel and US for 15 months and was not defeated militarily. Smh.

No single part of the PM Netanyahu's war objectives was achieved for 15 months!
Hamas won the war.

Mumu Iran. You see why you shouldn't pity these terrorists any time Israel comes for them.

If Israel repels and pummels them, Genocide.
If Israel accepts Ceasefire terms, They will claim victory, Even after they've been decimated.
At least, They've learned a bitter and necessary lesson, Don't step on the tail of the lion. Fvck around and find out. Kudos to Israel!

100 % true.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Basically, all media outlets and journalists in Israel are declaring that this is a heavy defeat for Israel

They also blame Donald Trump for this forced deal which they refused to accept for a whole year.

High-ranking IDF Official, speaking on the condition of anonimity:

"This is an absolute disaster deal. For over a year, we resisted against a deal like this. It renders any progress we made in Gaza as useless and in vain.

There is no mechanism to remove Hamas from power. According to this deal, the way it is structured now, Hamas will keep ruling the Gaza Strip. They will likely rearm and recruit more fighters than before.

I tell you one word: Embarassment. We surrendered to the terrorists of Hamas."

Gaza is destroyed, many children and civilians slaughtered but now Hamas, according to Blinken is fully restored, has more fighters than before and will be in total control of Gaza.

Why did Trump insist so much on a ceasefire? Because the US already has enough domestic problems, and the fact that even after more than a year of massive amounts of weapons and resources being spent, Hamas is not even remotely defeated.

Copied.

Israel couldn’t beat Hamas in 450 days same as U.S. couldn’t beat Taliban in 20 years.
Killing women, children, doctors, journalists and sick people on sick bed is a genocide.

Hamas and similar factions have repeatedly resorted to terror, causing harm to both Israelis and Palestinians alike. The real "defeat" is seen in the suffering of innocent civilians, the destruction, and the instability these groups bring. A ceasefire doesn't mean victory for terror—it’s an opportunity for peace, and the true goal should be lasting resolution, not further escalation fueled by violence and hatred. The actions of groups like Hamas only hinder that peace.

Defeat for Israel they say?

If we should weigh the war effects on both sides. Everybody can see who suffered most in the battle.

Ordinarily it's needless war if not for Hamas that troubled the Lion tails.

If negotiations will eventually end the war, then why the war in the first place?

Though there is a saying that for peace to reign, you should prepare for war.

Ordinarily if everyone behave well as good being, there won't be any reason to fight war.

But alas.

Just imagine that. A country that was beaten blue-black by Isreal, destroyed their missile defense systems, decimated their proxy Hezbollah, assassinated its Generals inside and outside Iran, and Killed its President in a Helicopter crash. See what these cowards are spewing.

Muslims’ ability to invert narratives is mind-blowing. When they kill non-Muslims they celebrate their crimes as accomplishments, and when they suffer the consequences of their aggression they switch to the victim mode. (Nakbah day).

Throughout Islamic history, Muslims never admitted defeat. It is so shameful for their inflated egos to accept it.

Victory, Victimhood, or Martyrdom.

How many Hamas leaders were decimated? How many Iranian generals were killed? How many Palestinians were killed? How many buildings are standing in Gaza today. Are these momentous losses what the Iranians classified as defeat for Israel?

You belong to bad side of history. Who started the war? Keep encouraging yaself. You need it but you are a loser on earth and Aljanah because Hamas did opposite of what Allah mandated. Cry more.

Malakaimoscondo and madridguy no one hated muslims. In Nigeria every family has mixed religion. But imagine a vagabond using religious texts to justify evil, fighting blindly and claiming they are fighting for Allah?
Some people decided to call their bluff and deal with them like Israel and IDF. Una first bite, dem bite una back una cry?
When you know you have small teeth why biting?
Life is give and take. Every action get consequences. Hamas got consequences of Oct 7th 2023. Carry the matter the court on earth and in Aljanah Hamas no go win the case.
You all janjaweèds should be thanking Israel they're considerate.
