One of the saddest things I have witnessed in a very long time is people having the audacity to come online and justify the killing of Aminu Sahabi Salisu, the EFCC agent who was fatally shot while serving Nigeria on active duty by a suspected internet fraudster named Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu in Awka, the Anambra State capital.

Also, why has Peter Obi not condemned this evil act? It happened in his state. Is he in support of it? Just three days ago he condemned a terrorist attack in Borno the same day it happened. A week ago, he spread fake news about the National Grid collapse. Yet, days after this act of wickedness Mr. Peter Obi has said nothing.

Is Peter Obi in solidarity with Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu?

We need to understand as a country that people like Salisu are what stand between us and anarchy.

Before his death, Salisu was planning his wedding Fatiha. He was dedicated to Nigeria. And was an upstanding member of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission community. Now, all of that has been brought to a tragic end by an alleged criminal.

May God grant this martyr of law and order al-Jannah Firdaus. May the Almighty comfort his parents and surviving members. And may all those involved in the crime of his death get their justice here on Earth and in the hereafter.

I call on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to memorialise Salisu by naming a deserving structure after him.

@OfficialEfcc,made a public notice Announcement on November 2023 banning the midnight Raid of it's staffs,so Mr.salisu and his colleagues were on their own.
R.i.p to the dead,but I wish and hope that Efcc will just use this opportunity to review and revise their mode of operations

Years ago during the era of C.I.D, there used to be a man in our street who is a trafficker, he trafficked young fine girls to Europe, anytime the C.I.D are coming for the man, at times they dress like old people, while some will dress like refuse collector and they will be in our area for hours, anytime the man get is open they will go inside and raid them.

They will never shot a single bullet, infact some times the man boys will jump fence, run they won't because of that shot a single bullet. We always sees professionalism in the Nigeria Police of C.I.D teams in those days.

But now, we have seen series of video evidence of EFCC breaking into peoples home at midnight, beating the suspects, beating their wives and even injured them. A video circulated online months ago when they raided a hotel and they went into the manager's office, beating her and other ladies there and the most embarrassing things they even stole ladies wigs.... How do you expect the citizens to like you or support after watching all this...

You went for a midnight raid with just two officers, how can a two men officers went for a midnight raid? The EFCC chairman must coordinate his boys to avoid situation like this in the future.

Some raided a house like a thief by 3 am and was killed by someone defending himself

2) the logic from the shooter is not strange we have seen illegal midnight raid from EFCC and how they operate one can differentiate that from a robbery attack

3) we don't know if the shooter has PTSD from past robbery attacks
