Apc knew their rigging was poorly done that was why they were doing everything to prevent the pdp from presenting their evidence at the tribunal.

APc know that inec rigged and stole Edo people's mandate for them

Sadly for them, the mandate is about to be reclaimed by Asue Ighodalo

Agreed Ighidalo without doubt 🧐 won the election.

Now that the tribunal has been moved to Abuja can there ever be any justice ⚖️ in the Nigerian criminal justice system

A system that can turn black 🖤 to white 🤍

Unfortunately, the judiciary prefers direct examination of the bvas and physically bringing them to court. Anyway, the importance of the bvas has been downplayed by recent judgment

Hehehe..

You mean “Bringing the BVAS to court”.??

Maybe the APC will do just that.!!

Evidence-Act says that, you can bring any evidence to court, so far it is admissible.
But once another evidence which is more authentic is presented, then the other evidence would not be used.

If INEC and APC cannot present any other more authentic evidence, then whatever evidence that the PDP presented in the court would be used..

Unless there are strong reasons why the Judges decided that the Evidence Could not be used.

Read that judgement again.
Find out the name of the document which the INEC tendered after they finished doing the inspection of the BVAS-Machines..

Also find out whether the BVAS-Machines were physically brought to the Tribunal.

Have a great day.

The court clearly said reports and extracts from bvas are not reliable and can be prone to manipulation after inec clearly said full upload is continuous and can take up to a month. The pdp in Edo didn't do complete inspection or bvas so forget the case sir

In the emboldened statement,, you're referring to the report.

Meanwhile,,,
You have shifted a-bit..

They did BVAS-Inspection, but they didn't complete it.??

Ok naa..
Contunuu..!!

You will shift again later..

If you followed the Kogi State Petition very well,, inspection cannot happen without the INEC and all the other parties to the petition.

So, you cannot come and be saying that PDP did the inspection.

Have a great day.
