I’m Igbo, and my entire family, along with my street and community, celebrated when the Ekperima was apprehended. The relief was palpable. In fact, I’m yet to meet even five honest, hardworking Igbo men who support Simon Ekpa. What he did was nothing short of hiring crooks, thieves, and touts to wreak havoc in Igbo land—killing and maiming the very people Biafra was supposedly meant to protect.

And this is not just with Biafra. We need a honest government to sit down and propose sane ways to maneuvre through this.
