First question, apart from money and employment what home ties does your sister have? The chances of your mum being approved are high and your sister being denied are also high. Not due to any fault of yours but most young people that come on visit visas do not go back again so they are also being cautious in dishing out visas to people who will overstay and eventually file for asylum. Thanks for this and to answer the question in respect to home ties. 1. She is married with kid 2. She has a property - Finished and another ongoing property projects- Pictures of the finished property will be included and the ongoing property details will be included with receipts, designs, approval and all on the ongoing property. 3. Her family pictures, marriage certificates (Islam and court certificates), her child certificate, Newspaper for the marriage name 4. Employment is also the home tie, 5. Landed properties - 2 - undeveloped 6. Vehicle registration documents. 7. Letters of recommendation from community leaders. I know this is not a requirement - I intend to purchase a flexible and open ticket for her - 6 months ahead and if anything changes on the application then i will used the ticket myself by change of name with same date and same route. She will be going back home and no japa in her own case. Lastly, kindly advise on what you think can be added to support the application. megastu: |

Teslas: She has a good profile despite a weak travel history; however, as you are aware, the visit visa system has been significantly impacted by asylum applicants, with some family visitors now claiming asylum. This situation may adversely affect genuine family visit applications. To strengthen her case, it is advisable to include a notarized statement in the invitation letter affirming that she is safe, does not face any socioeconomic or marital challenges, and that her life is not in danger. The statement should emphasize that her visit is solely for the purpose of spending time with you and your family and that she will return to her job and family life. Numerous legal professionals and public notaries provide notarization services online for a fee, allowing individuals to appear via webcam, affirm the statement, and have it officially signed. 2 Likes |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by funkyy598: 9:15pm On Jan 27 |
different44: Hello, based on information you provided earlier you completed biometric on October 4,2024 with a family of four, and on December 12, you received an email asking to upload your wife’s payslip, even though she is not the main applicant. Then, on December 26, which is public holiday in Canada, you received a notification in the morning asking to submit your police character certificate and tax clearance. On January 25, 2025 you received a notification again to upload your drug clearance certificate, among other requested documents from the past few weeks. "WHAT IS DRUG CLERANCE CERTIFICATE " ![]() Now, please clarify, did you apply visitor visa yourself or visa any agent or application to join the Canadian Armed Forces or the police? Because this application doesn’t seem to resemble a typical visa application anymore ! 5 Likes |

different44: Can you send a screenshot of the email header you received from the sender becos this seems unusual for IRCC to request a drug clearance. 1 Like |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by orjohn24: 11:28pm On Jan 27 |
different44: IRCC does not request NDLEA clearance. Moreover, IRCC does not send email letters directly to applicants. Instead, they upload such letters to your portal if additional information is needed, and you receive an email notification to check your portal. 2 Likes |

I don't know who you have been communicating with I have my suspicions. The thing I would question is "portail.ircc". Shouldn't it be "portal"?? (assuming that IRCC actually does send emails directly to applicants which I don't think they do) different44: 1 Like |

Has anyone had issues with inability to achieve air tickets reservation? it keeps giving me options for transfer or credit. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by sanima770: 11:11am On Jan 28 |
different44: "portail.ircc" in the header looks suspicious. The spacing and formatting appear inconsistent and unprofessional, which is not typical of official IRCC communication. While IRCC may request background checks, they typically use terms like "Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)," not "drug clearance certificate." Additionally, documents requested by IRCC always have a specific deadline for submission, but this request looks suspicious and unusual..is fake!! 1 Like |
