elyte89:In Africa anything local is problem oo. Cos they will want to prove to you that just because they are local, they are not pushovers. Then when you encounter them, you will suffer, you will sweat. Don't you see incredible saves that local goalkeepers make during Afcon? |

elyte89:Yes. They all have to play like Frank the Tank. Not necessarily but we have this slow lumbering style that I think is a hold over from the past. We need to inject some speed into our game. And if I have my way, I will tell Nigerian supporters club to scrap some of their dull, slow music. |

elyte89: Its a typical african black mans problem A black man does not want to set records or break new grounds. He just wants to be rich. If you ask a black man why he wants to study medicine, he will say because of money and the profession is lucrative in the western world A white man will say he wants to discover the cure for an incurable disease or even find out a way to cure blindness or grow biological legs. That is why most of the theories in science and education are not created by Africans. We dont pioneer things. A black man just wants to eat. It is a subtle difference that you will not immediately notice but it is there. Africans that set records have some foreign influence. Maybe they schooled abroad. A Nigerian that stays all his or her life in Nigeria wont break any record. He or she will just look for a way to be rich and that is all. With a new generation that mentality is changing but that is the general mind set of an African 6 Likes |
