Bros book a far date like late February or mid march by then you go don authenticate Ur documents finish

Good evening all, please is it true that I must attach transcript to my waec result before portugese embassy will legalise it for me. I have done MOE and MFA legalisation on just my waec (GCE) result.
My submission date is next week Tuesday at the embassy
