Hello @tensazangetsu20 can I please reach out to you privately? Maybe via email? I have a few questions I’d like to ask you, if that’s okay.

It's very important you check the official website of the Chilian government to get the full information you need, here is it:

God has finally done it for me grin. 3 years worth of work came to fruition and I was able to japa to Chile tongue tongue tongue. Sharing some pics from my trip and my everyday life on this thread. This is for those who think that south america is hell. Theres a lot of amazing countries in the world. You need to research and figure out what works for you. My flight was from Lagos to doha to Brazil and then finally to Chile. I didn't really start taking any pics until I got into Chile. I am sure you can find thousands of pictures about Brazil, Qatar or Lagos online but hardly anyone has posted anything about Chile.

The first pic is me In the plane crossing the Andes mountains. The light in the distance is the city of santiago.

Second is the airport in concepcion.

Third is my Uber ride from the airport to my Airbnb

How time flies. I can’t believe it’s almost 2 years. In that 2 years while still studying I have gone from delivering food through uber eats to working in the biggest bank in the country. Buying my own car brand new. God is great.

Another big advice I will give to Nigerian youths as you are learning anything you are learning if you can and you have the time to do so, please learn a second European language. I would recommend Spanish first and then maybe German and maybe French last. Spanish because even though Spain is doing badly, a lot of Spanish speaking countries are actually very good to live in. Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico. If you migrate to these countries as a Nigerian with tech skills you will definitely make it except your village people are on your matter. German is also okay but getting a German visa from Nigeria is very hard. French is the last language I will recommend for anyone to learn since majority of French speaking countries are poor African countries but if you can learn French, it makes it much easier to get Canadian permanent residency at least at this moment. Might not be so in the future. Aside European languages, maybe an Asian language like Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Having two languages and tech skills completely eliminates most of your competition for jobs anywhere in the world especially if your first language is English

What about Portuguese language?

and is it possible to get a job in/from Brazil? from what I'm seeing on online forums, the advice is not to come.

You guys can believe anything you want to be believe. I work with the biggest bank in chile. The biggest one and they know I am here on a study visa. I am the only one in my team allowed to work remotely cause they know I am still studying. My contract was initially a Plazo Fijo which was mean to be 3 months but this January they gave me an indefinite contract and made me a permanent staff. I am still studying and will graduate this year. That job was what enabled me to access the car loan I used to buy my car but I already paid 77 percent of the value and don’t have much left to pay.

When U collect the car, U write your name on a piece of paper and put on the dash board, and snap yourself in it and upload here. Lying dingbat.

From the above, do you mean that Mexico is a good country?

Yes but Mexico is the hardest Latin American country to get to from Nigeria.

Thank you so much for your expositions. Can I get to Chile through MSc study route? I'm looking towards getting scholarships. Would that work out?
Also, I am into tech, specifically Data Analytics.

If you can get a scholarship that will be great but you have to remember that the language is very important. Studies here are completely in Spanish and you will need the language to be able to get a job or else the kind of suffering that awaits you eh 😃😃

As I promised him, I would narrate my experiences.

Based on an ongoing experience from my dear friend in Canada, this advice is extremely important. If you are coming to the abroad and wish to remain aka get a job, especially a good job, begin your job hunting immediately after you arrive. I will make a much longer post in my diary, but in a summary:

- If your postgraduate study is for a year, commence the job hunt before you enter the country.
- If your postgraduate study is for two years or more, begin the job hunt the day after you arrive the country.

I won’t advise anyone to do a one year postgraduate again. You are better off staying back in Nigeria.

You Nigerians especially the ones in Nigeria are mostly foolish and gullible. Maybe by February, the tenza guy will go and do house inspection and then upload it here as his newly acquired house, and then you believe.

To put the records straight, no international student on student visa is allowed to work full time anywhere in the world, and they are not qualified for car loans due to the duration of their visa, therefore it is not possible that tenza with his part time job can afford a brand new car or earn the monthly amount he is quoting here, neither can he have a permanent job due to limited nature of the visa he carries, he can only do casual jobs. If he were to be in a first world country, I would say it's possible, but not in a developing country like Chile, who want give black man with student visa bank job in Chile? Maybe na cleaner him be for the bank.
All these ones he is giving you people is completely Lamba. Unfortunately, the brains of most Nigerians living in Naija is already messed up due to hardship and hunger, so it is highly impossible for them to reason normally. Tenza, enjoying the Lamba wey you dey give your fellow mugus, time shall tell.

See as him dey deceive people with his fake testimonies, as if he has a special grace and others are lazy or cursed . Nonsense

Unfortunately, Nigerians don't do research to ascertain lies. See attached picture below. Even if he is allowed to do internship, he can not be paid the amount he claims to being paid while doing an internship job. Tenza the Lamba boy, I am impressed with your ability to deceive your fellow foolish Nigerians

Since they born me I've never seen this type of hate and envy in my life

Jesus

Enemies are everywhere even in a Faceless forum 😲😲😲😲

If this guy see juju or solid jazz I swear he will tie Tenza his destiny even without knowing him physically 😲😲

Experienced folks can do this if the school is well rated. For instance, an MBA at Imperial College London or Cambridge University MBA. I no too certain about master's courses these days in the abroad except in the US, and the job hunting advice applies as well.

Omor.... Normally I used to doubt all this relatives poisoning other relatives narrative but mehn

But if a stranger can show so much hate to the point asking someone to write their name on their car and snap

Or send them your employment details just because they can't accept you've made it in life
