who do we blame for all these? sabotage, incompetence, or foreign adversaries using advanced tactics.

USA the great needs to sit up, and not focus o minor things that are causing distractions. Minimize the internal hate and uncertainty. Stop the childishness and stay focused on the continuous path of progress. The enemies are getting sharper everyday.

America has by far worlds largest military aircraft fleet and weaponry.

They currently have over thirteen thousand military planes. No country comes close at all.

However, many of their military equipments are depreciating fastly and lacking proper maintenance due to cost and age.

That's one of the reasons they are experiencing accidents nowadays.

You need lots of money to maintain lots of assets. I believe that is one of the reasons Trump is smartly fighting against de-dollarization. So that the free monies can continue to flow in. You have point, but don't you think U.S just want to eliminate some of their old warships since they now have high sophisticated ones already? U.S is more smarter than these stories we hear these days. Don't you think so? Just thinking ni oooo
