|
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 1:58pm On Feb 10 |
stupidmods:This can be resolved. Just meet the ICT staff at your study centre and it will be resolved. Before that, try and use the "forget password" option and see if your phone number comes up. Cheers. 1 Like |

Anyone who has completed their physical verification and screening at the PH study centre should please indicate. I was there sometime in January but was asked to come back later. I seriously can't afford to be out of work and not get that done same day. On another note, if you're starting your studies for PG Info Tech first semester and you're interested in being in a study group. Kindly indicate, send me an email or chat me on Whatsapp. Serious fellows only please |

Hi @Enskynelson, Good evening. Please I wanted to ask a question. I've finished all my academic work and my seminar result is finally out. Please can I request for Educational Credential Assessment now? |
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 2:56am On Feb 13 |
JayDee001:That's a transcripts. That should only be possible after graduation. However, try and confirm this by sending a ticket using the support portal. |

Realasquared:August 2024 is such a long time. The last person I know who applied like that, it took him several months as well. From what you said, I think this process is not so efficient for now. You can however go to the head office in Jabi Abuja and get your certificate. That same day or the following day, you will get your certificate. |
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Realasquared: 9:38pm On Feb 13 |
Thank you so much for the prompt response. I will do to the head office. Enskynelson: |

Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 2:40pm On Feb 15 |
Babatindan:Then you are probably not qualified. The courses won't display if the Degree programme and grade you filled doesn't qualify you for the programme. Please send a DM if what I said doesn't align with the fact. |

Enskynelson:How do I sort out the “invalid matric number “ error? |
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Enskynelson(m): 10:20am On Feb 17 |
Chillguy:Are you are new student? Did you register last semester? Matric no includes the NOU followed by 9-digits number. Be sure you are entering it correctly. If however you have been inactive, follow this steps: Dear all, The directorate hereby informs you that students who have been inactive can proceed to sign-up on the new portal. During sign-up, they will receive a message "Matriculation number to be activated". Their records will be migrated within 72hrs from the initial sign-up attempt. Afterwards they can re-attempt signing-up. This implies there is no need for study centres to compile a list of such students. Migration of such students will be done within 72hrs. This is for your information. Thank you. If you still have issues, kindly send complaint using the support ticketing platform https://support.nou.edu.ng/ |
